I have no idea who that is.

So my gut reaction is "no", but it's also possible that I'm just not in the circles that would care about this author or her controversy.

All I can gather is someone in the Pokemon community that's kind of controversial for leaving really harsh reviews on other writers works.

I'd leave Farla (and SEF, etc.) off the page. We have no need to indulge in their attention-grabbing antics.

In any case, a general rule of thumb is, if you have to go and ask others if what you want to add is actually factual, you shouldn't be adding it at all. Why would you even want to add an example like this if you don't know yourself that it's true?
