You just have to submit a custom title request. On the page itself, click on "More" (next to "Discussion"), then WikiWord. You enter 13 Minutes into the Custom Display Request, and a mod will review it to apply the change.

Yes, once the custom title is approved it will show up wherever Film/ThirteenMinutes is wicked.

I just created the page 13 Minutes. However, it doesn't show up as numbers (like 13 Minutes). Is there some error I made here?
