It looks like you're right. If the page only deals with anime, it goes in Anime/.

Indeed. The rule is to have the namespace of the original medium, but since here the works have separate pages, each should have their specific namespace.

The wicks will need some clean-up afterward, naturally.

Actually, according to Wikipedia, the manga Hakaba Kitarō was renamed GeGeGe no Kitarō in 1967, a year before the first anime began airing. I'm confused what exactly the distinction between the pages is.
