So there's We Used to Be Friends and Evil Former Friend... but do we have anything where two characters were in a relationship before they became bitter enemies? Or would this be a case of Tropes Are Flexible?

I'd say tropes are flexible for We Used to Be Friends. Psycho Ex-Girlfriend is specifically about someone who went evil as the result of a breakup.
