The page itself presents facts (or purports to present them - I haven't checked the details), but I'd say the way it's presented makes it bashing.
I just found Timeline.Electronic Arts. Since the Timelines say Here's the place where you can find the events of works organized into chronological order. (bolded by me), I have feeling that this is misuse.
Plus, the timeline isn't events of EA in chronological order, it's focus on All Developer Studios EA Has Acquired and Later Shut Down(sic).
