"Which Witch is Which?" is set in Louisiana and has a zombie in it. Could that be it?

Scooby-Doo Music of the Vampire is also set in Louisiana and also features the voice of Jim Cummings, who was in Zombie Island.

This is an episode or movie of Scooby-Doo my sister and I caught once. It seemed heavily inspired by Scooby-Doo on Zombie Island, down to being in Louisiana, having zombies, having the same ferry man character with the same voice, and even some of the same music. Since I watched it I've never been able to find it; Google only directs me to Zombie Island. Any clue what this one could be?
