It's from the review of Pound Puppies and the Legend of Big Paw. That part of the review is actually used as the opening quote for the Fat and Skinny trope, coincidentially.
The best character is always the one-shot disguise.

The Nostalgia Critic reviewed a live action children's film from the Nineties (I think) where the antagonist has two goons do their dirty work, a fat guy and a skinny guy. The N.C. added his voice to the footage of those two guys so they have a conversation about how villains always employ two henchmen with contrasting body types. There was a line that went something like, "I was just thinkin' how us two guys are in literally every movie."
Which film/episode was that?
