  1. Starfish Language, change the example to note that it sounds like static
  2. Either Chirping Crickets or Wacky Sound Effect, depending on how its used. (seems like Chirping Crickets at first blush, but haven't seen it so couldn't say for sure)
  3. This one isn't The Voice, for starters; that's the wha-wha-wha voice you sometimes get representing the unheard side of a telephone conversation. It isn't using the phrase white noise correctly, either: white noise is flat static, when I think what they're actually trying to describe here is out-of-universe Studio Chatter. If they mean that it was happening at the time and accidentally got recorded, it'd be Throw It In!.
