That's a bug which has already been reported to the developers for fixing.

I assumed that once titles appear properly punctuated on their trope pages, the title also automatically formats when typed as a WikiWord, but this is not the case with I've Heard of That — What Is It?. Is the title still pending? It shows up correctly on its page.
