Both Creepy High-Pitched Voice and Instant Turn-Off were launched by Inksqueezer after the drafts had been idle. Inksqueezer doesn't appear have ever posted in the forums, modified the wiki, or been involved in the TLP. I suspect that this is someone ban-evading. I recall an evader that liked to launch random TLP entries that they liked.
