Mudshovel by Staind? It has a bass guitar intro, and the chorus goes "You can't feel my anger, you can't feel my pain." https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FuAC9YIC2Bs

It wasn't Nirvana's "You Know You're Right" was it?

You're very welcome.
I'm going to keep this one short and simple, it was a Grunge/Post-Grunge song that had a solo bass intro. It's chorus had the word Pain in it, though I can confirm that it is not the song of the same name by Jimmy Eat World or Three Days Grace. The lead singer kind of reminded me of Scott Weiland, though so far I can't find any Stone Temple Pilots or Velvet Revolver songs that match, and seeing as it was on the radio, I doubt it was any of his other bands.
