While I can't help you actually creating the page as I don't have time for it, you can take the advice on How to Create a Work's Page and start by editing on Webcomic.The Great Suitor and Furry Webcomics as an index page to put the page up.

Hi there! I recently found a fairly recent Furry webcomic called "The Great Suitor", but there isn't anything about it on Tv Tropes. I wanted to ask if it's possible to create a page about it, and if someone could possibly help me doing it (i've never written a Tv Tropes page before! xD) The webcomic link is here: http://thegreatsuitor.jimdo.com/
