Going through his recent edits I don't see a problem with him focusing on the one topic. Not having played XCOM I cannot provide feedback on whether that particular view is right, but I can say that I have seen similar edits that were worse and completely justified. His edits and edit reasons might do with a bit of tightening up though.

He's now engaged in a pretty obvious edit war over the same NPC (Bradford), repeatedly restoring a General Failure link that really, really doesn't fit.
Looks like it's been taken care of.

There's a guy (Turtler
) who seems to be a bit of a single-issue editor (his 'thing' appears to be military tactics and their history). To date, he has edited every attempt at an X Com (2012) article to attack one specific NPC he apparently doesn't like. He'a also reversed an edit by somebody else who (correctly, in my opinion) cited him for natter and poor formatting. While one revert doesn't make an edit war, I really would like somebody to take a look at this, as it's getting a bit...tiresome.
