For D. B. Cooper to have his own Useful Notes page, I believe he would need to have some representation in multiple fictional works.

Although Cooper's case is unsolved and rather infamous, he isn't prominent enough in other media for a Useful Notes page on him to be worthwhile.
With that said, the Other Wiki does have a list
of media with Cooper references...
Stock Unsolved Mysteries has him as the page quote btw

I always wondered why D.B. Cooper never had a Useful Notes TV Tropes page. Is there something preventing it from happening or did people forget he existed? I kind of wanna know why exactly?
