The TVTropes Trope Finder is where you can come to ask questions like "Do we have this one?" and "What's the trope about...?" Trying to rediscover a long lost show or other medium but need a little help? Head to Media Finder and try your luck there. Want to propose a new trope? You should be over at You Know, That Thing Where.
Generally, this would fit under Nonindicative Name. For something more specific, you could call it an inverted Super-Fun Happy Thing of Doom.
Logic, my dear Zoe, merely enables one to be wrong with authority.Super-Fun Happy Thing of Doom's trope page states that Deathbringer the Adorable is the inverse, so is Deathbringer the Adorable applicable for my example then?
Considering the page for Deathbringer the Adorable says it's specifically for creatures and gives its opposite as Fluffy the Terrible, I'd say no.
Logic, my dear Zoe, merely enables one to be wrong with authority.I see. Thank you.

Basically an item with a gruesome name and/or horrific origin to its conception, but its use is very cute or mundane.
An example from You Tube skit channel Wizards With Guns': https://youtu.be/KYxuJ9ujAYo?si=2ngpEfJI5jeBN-Nj&t=169
