Generally, this would fit under Nonindicative Name. For something more specific, you could call it an inverted Super-Fun Happy Thing of Doom.

Super-Fun Happy Thing of Doom's trope page states that Deathbringer the Adorable is the inverse, so is Deathbringer the Adorable applicable for my example then?

Considering the page for Deathbringer the Adorable says it's specifically for creatures and gives its opposite as Fluffy the Terrible, I'd say no.
