Going out on a limb here, but I would assume "the copyright records" alludes to the Entertainment Identification Registry (EIDR). It's open for public access, but I don't know if that makes it an "official channel" by this site's standards.

I'd PM the troper who added the titles, Tropers/harrisbedford, and see what they mean by "copyright records". Cite this ATT query as well.

Registries may be public, but I wouldn't consider them official announcements. It'd also not a good confirmation as things can still change before release.

What Amonimus said. This isn’t exactly a “leak” given that this sort of copyright information can be legally accessed by the public, but I’d hold off on adding episode titles until an official announcement; things can very easily change during development.

Update: Got a message from them, they do indeed come from the Entertainment Identification Registry (EIDR). However, checking the links posted on the Phineas and Ferb Wiki the episode's EIDR entries have been hidden and aren't publicly accessible anymore, it seems there was some kind of database error.

On those grounds, would it be okay for me to remove them?

Yeah. This doesn't seem to be a proper reveal.

^ x5: Yeah, they aren't so much public announcements as they are public findings. Not really the same thing.

If they aren't publicly accessible anymore, then I say axe 'em.
