Have a question about how the TVTropes wiki works? No one knows this community better than the people in it, so ask away! Ask the Tropers is the page you come to when you have a question burning in your brain and the support pages didn't help.
It's not for everything, though. For a list of all the resources for your questions, click here. You can also go to this Directory thread
for ongoing cleanup projects.
I think they're the same person, because they have the same obsession/wonk with tomboys and girly girls.
We are the best friends, we stand as one. Whatever life may bring, we are never alone. The IPs aren't the same (one's residential and one's mobile) but they geolocate close enough to each other that with the editing pattern, I'm convinced. They're bounced.
Edited by WillbyrI didn't notice this thread before I posted my Ask The Tropers separately, so I suppose that one can be closed. Would the reverts removed the editing I've done? I didn't realize that the editor was a ban evader and assumed that there was a new person with the same wonk over tomboys and girly girls as before and it could be cleaned up. They hit a lot of pages before they were banned, not just American Girl.
I know more about obscure 1990s Middle Grade Literature novels and dolls than most people. This was answered in my own post, and I've cleaned up the pages and saved what still had any use.

So back in July there was an ATT query involving a user named VickiVickster22 who was putting zero context and incorrect character tropes on the American Girls Collection character pages. They eventually edit warred and were suspended by a mod. A cursory glance through the forums shows that they never appealed, nor did they respond to the PM I sent them (and, AFAIK, the several that the original OP sent back in July).
Yesterday, a new troper named Peachy2023 also started editing, among other things, the American Girls pages, as well as editing those same characterization tropes that Vicki did. Is it possible for us to get a IP check to see if they're the same person?
