With the way you're doing it you'll need to copy the related page into a doc and number it so that you can find the correct wick. You can also just use the list randomizer feature and randomize the list of wicks themselves though, and that may be easier.

So I use the actual page? I guess I had the misinterpretation that I had to go onto the related page to use the incoming links for examples.

You do. That's what the wicks are. But to get them numbered you need to copy and paste that list elsewhere.

I've found it useful to use Notepad++
, because it adds numbers to each line by default. You'll need to remove the headers for each category (and if you also want to write up the wick check in it, turn on word wrapping under the view tab) but it's quicker than adding each number individually.

I'm tempted to do a Wick Check of Fighter, Mage, Thief since I feel it's a major sufferer of Square Peg, Round Trope and I'm wondering how I use this randomizer
and find the appropriate line for the used trope.
