Animation.Where Is Anne Frank claims that it was created by a ban evader; the page I found in your history, Film.Where Is Anne Frank (wrong namespace for an animated film, by the by) just says that it's a redirect to a cutlisted page.
So, what's goin' on?

Was it Where Is Anne Frank? The cut reason just says “Created by ban evader”.
I had to look through the mod history for both pages to figure what was going on buut...what happened was that monotrematum (Carliro's ban evasion sock) and Ross N created two different pages for the same work. Film.Where Is Anne Frank (created by Ross N), was moved to Animation.Where Is Anne Frank by monotrematum because it was in the wrong namespace previously.
Since this was a page move by mono and not a work page they created, I'll restore Animation.Where IS Anne Frank.

I just noticed that the page for the 2022 animated film Where Is Anne Frank which I created last year has been cut. Was there any reason for this film to be deleted?
