Have a question about how the TVTropes wiki works? No one knows this community better than the people in it, so ask away! Ask the Tropers is the page you come to when you have a question burning in your brain and the support pages didn't help.
It's not for everything, though. For a list of all the resources for your questions, click here. You can also go to this Directory thread

I'd vote for removing them because I have seen them nowherr else and there's no reason to.
TroperWall / WikiMagic CleanupYeah, delete those. They are completely unnecessary
- 1 to delete, This Is a Wiki, so there is no single "author" or "recapper" for pages.
Plus, the recaps are way way waaaaaay too long. They need to be shortened drastically.
My Fanfiction.net Page My DeviantArt Page^ Some are, some are just three sentences. It varies wildly (and may be why someone wanted to have attributions). And the first one is dripping in snark. I can try to tone it down, but I don't know most of these episodes.
Stories don't tell us monsters exist; we knew that already. They show us that monsters can be trademarked and milked for years. Is it the original Stargate 1? Okay, I'll take a look at them and see if I can fix them. I followed the first series of that franchise more closely than the others.
Yeah, it's SG 1, and it seems to be season 1 and 2 eps that are quite .... bloated.
I didn't choose the troping life, the troping life chose me^^^Any of the recaps that are more than a few sentences should be cut down. I was more referring to the first two episodes of Season 1. You have to scroll to get through all of the text for the episode, and that's not kosher.

About a dozen recap pages for the first episodes of Stargate SG-1 have a text box not seen elsewhere, giving the episode title, series, next and previous episodes, and most puzzling of all, the recapper. The last of these seems unneeded, and the rest is already on the page (though I think we could a better job of it). Should we remove these text boxes? Or maybe standardise them for all recaps?
