The best person to add something to the wiki is someone who knows and cares the most about the topic, who I'd assume be you. If you can't add something to the page, don't make an empty page. Also, discussion pages
are bad place to make requests (there are really no good places to make requests for reasons stated earlier, it's just considered rude) because the only people who can read them are people who've edited and bookmarked the page.
