One Bullet Left, but since it's a video game, the outcome is dependent on player ability (unlike in scripted media where the bullet is expected to hit its target dead-on).
At the end of an arcade rail shooter, the player is tasked with a single very precise challenge, usually consisting of hitting a far away target with the last bullet in their weapon. Examples include Sniper Scope, Operation G.H.O.S.T., and many other arcade rail shooters.
