There's no requirement that I know of for a page to have images. The plagiarism is the much bigger issue.

I'd report any such pages to The Copy-Paste Cleanup Thread

I'll look at that, but this person creates several dozen pages like this.

In my opinion, I don't see any need for pages like that. If I want to see the movies that a particular actor/actress are in, I'd go to IMDB or Wikipedia.

And that's not even taking the plagiarism thing into account.

Hmm. Regarding the filmography lists, I am not sure if I would treat that as plagiarism - it's a non-creative list and we can't simply "make a different one". But has anyone a link to such a page?

You can't copyright information. I recall a ludicrous discussion several years ago on Wikipedia where someone asserted that as they were the first person to publish the age of a particular actor on their website that Wikipedia wasn't allowed to include their age as that was infringing on their copyright. So a list of works of a particular creator can't be plagiarised in any context, it simply "is".
