The description of Multiple Life Bars states:
A character has multiple Life Meters. You might have to deplete all or just one of them to defeat them.
So I'm sure it's exactly what you're looking for. Damage-Sponge Boss is a related trope.

Okay, thanks.
Fighting or action games often have lifebars with several layers
to indicate a huge amount of hp (can be indicated by a number next to the bar).
Multiple Life Bars seems to be about different types of lifebars, so I don’t know if this counts.
