Out of all the things I can remember from the years when I was probably a toddler, it was a video game on the Playstation. All I can remember from my memories was that it was a snowboarding/skiing game that was on the PS 1. I wish I could provide any more information about it, but that's all I can remember about it.

This book is one I picked up at a book fair during the early to mid 2000's. I bought it at a book fair and it was entirely to intelligent for a kid my age. It was about a teacher who took a group of students into her garden for a special graduation ceremony. It was sort of a mystical spirit journey or something along those lines. I particularly remember a butterfly metaphor about a geeky kid coming out of his shell and I also remember that there was at least one kid who didn't go to the graduation. I've been wanting to re-read this for a while now that I am older so if you could help it would be greatly appreciated. Seeing as it was found at a book fair it was probably published by Scholastic Books.

This may sound weird but as a kid I had this book about math and/or money that claimed there was a such thing as a 20 billion dollar bill and the bill had President Grant on it. Now of course this isn't true but thanks to the book I believed it for a long time. Does anyone else know what this book is and also why they would put such blatantly false information in an educational book? I am thinking maybe I just dreamed it?

There is a story that I remember very vaguely. I THINK it was a book or short story but I'm not positive. The only thing I remember clearly was that the currency in whatever land this story took place in was small metal pellets, with the denomination determined by the composition of the pellet (silver, gold, etc.). I seem to recall the main character being given a leather bag of these pellets and doesn't realize they're money until later.

I read this webcomic maybe 1-2 yrs ago but forgot its name and lost the book mark. My memory begins with some guy in the woods/jungle trying to hide from the empire's soldiers who are hunting him. He either has amnesia or is running from something in his past. I recall him being ex military. Or at the very least he has enhanced combat skills and abilities.
He comes across either a group of rebels, or maybe an religious orphanage hiding in the woods/jungle. I think one of the elder members of the refuge tries to counsel him about his past. And one of the kids either idolizes him, asks for training, or something that forces them to interact in the story. Eventually something one of them says/does gives away their position and the army comes and slaughters them all. They might have taken the kids hostage/slavery. But i think they killed them all. The only two people who I remember escaping are the main character and the one kid. They flee into the city.
I remember that some scary special operative from the empire (?) hires a cyborg assassin woman to hunt him down and kill him. The meeting takes place in a bar. I think its implied if she fails, her contract is revoked and she dies. Some kind of arangement where they gave her new limbs and she kills for them? I vaguely recall her being dressed as a cowgirl (the hat, cutofff jeans, boots). She looked completely human but i parts of her (arms?) turned into weapons. I think the operative hiring her says something to make her flip out and display her weapon arm.
Where i stopped reading there just started a chase/fight scene in town. Running and leaping from roof top kind of stuff. The main character has some kind of super human/physic/magic power that let him survive and be a super soldier. Which is why they want him dead? But when he uses them some one vaguely important (the emporer/king ?) can sense it. Maybe has a flashback.

There was a show on when i was younger so probably in the late 90s. It has a human boy and then puppets that looked like humans. I think the puppets lived in some sort of caves. The only one i specifically remember was a woman puppet who always had morning looking clothes on and a black veil on her face.

Looking for three webcomics: 1. A beautifully drawn "short story" about a monk who builds a clockwork automoton. It rings the churchbells, until he dies and can no longer wind and repair it. T Hen, once a year, the churchbells ring all on their own...
2. A superhero webcomic about a genius inventor with no arms. He instead uses lots of tech.
3. Giant Robot comic. Kind post-apocalytpic, but the story is set in a city full of different "clans". The clans fight each other using robots, and everything is set up so they can't harm the citizens. One detail was that the sky is "fake" because the real sky is damaged by pollution.

I've been thinking about an anime that came out just a few years back. I just watched the first episode so let's see. In a mildly futuristic setting there is a new phone app trending that lets you change your cloth by pointing your camera at someone which was probably explained by some techno babble rather than magic even tho it looked pretty flashy with heart bubbles and everything. Also there was some plot about androids (the human robot kind of android not the OS). Also girls.

Very sad Tear Jerker Kasane Teto Utauloid song that I saw on Youtube a few years ago. There was no video, just a picture.
The picture was possibly of Teto crying, or smiling with tearful eyes. I'm pretty sure there was a white backdrop.
The title was in Japanese and I can't remember any of the words. I think it had a lot of piano.

So, it was a TV show in the 80s or 90s. Maybe something like The Outer Limits or Twilight Zone? Anyway, it was about a group of people and they were trapped on an alien ship? I remember them running from the aliens and trying not to get experimented on..
Anyway, they somehow get off the ship and back on earth. But, they're way into the future and earth is in ruins. I may be combining two episodes, perhaps? But, I definitely remember a group of people being back on earth and everything is in ruins and there's something written on sole rubble that makes you go "omg" as any Outer Limits episode does.
I've looked through all the episode descriptions, but can't find one that matches. Help!

I had this VHS tape. I'm pretty sure it was an anime or at least animeesque. I only remember one scene where a guy is going though a forest and he stops at a pond to get a drink of water. He drinks and it tastes really good. Then he drinks from his canteen, and spits it out noting how horrible it tastes in comparison. Also he might of lived underground or on a spaceship prior to being in the woods.

I'm looking for a metal song. I think it was recommended to me on youtube and now I cannot find it again...
I think the video was black&white or if not, at least not very colourful. It alternated between showing the singer (clean vocals) who had short hair and didn't actually look very metal-ly in close-up, and a wintery forest scene. I would say it was progressive metal. Pretty sure I got there after watching something by Animals as Leaders.

There is a Martha speaks commercial on PBS that I'm pretty sure is currently aired. It involves a llama and Martha being called irritating. I've seen it a thousand times, and I've really been wanting to figure out what song plays in the background. I would post a link to it, but I can't find it on Google. Any help is appreciated.

A kids book from The '90s that had some kinds going back in time to Salem and being accused of witchcraft. 2 things I remember really well from it is 1. One character helps a little girl learn to write by writing her name over and over. At the kids' trial they claim this is a spell they were trying to cast on the girl. 2 At the end when they finally escape back to the present they hear something on the news about some group of people burning a bunch of books with green covers since they thought green was the devil's favorite color, suggesting some of the bad guys may have came back with them.

I remember that I used to watch this show on PBS in what had to be the early-mid 90s. It featured a blond boy that would follow clues and go on adventures around the world... I think he might have traveled through time to solve mysteries. He had some kind of sidekick that I am pretty sure was a robot that guided him through his adventures. One key detail I remember is that in one episode, the boy and his friend travel to Koh Ker... (lol).
I want to say it was environmental-themed. Like teaching kids to be ecologically/environmentally mindful. Every episode would have the same sponsors... the Arbor Day Foundation and some kind of rainforest preservation foundation.
I know I'm not making this up! I've looked through PBS's past programming to no avail.. from what I can tell it's not listed. Maybe it was only syndicated through my local PBS station, APT (Alabama Public Television). The animation style looked like it could have been made in the late 80s/early 90s.

Does ANYONE remember a French-Canadian children’s TV program from the 80s or 90s that involved either mimes or clowns in white costumes with white props against a dark background?
I have really vague memories of this show associated with the song “Alouette” and I want to know if it actually existed or not.
I remember playing a Bullet Hell game when I was a kid, probably on the Dreamcast. It scrolled upward (rather than left-to-right), and you flew through the sky fighting enemies. There was a character selection, and you picked two characters (whether to tag them in and out or what, I don't remember) and I distinctly remember thinking it was really neat that the characters had dialogue that was unique for every combination of two characters you could pick. And at least one of the characters was a witch on a broom.
Does that ring any bells for anyone?
