Again the Take That is just unncessary, immature, & plain low-class as fuck.
Don't act like a child.

"I am Alpharius. This is a lie."Yeah, my opinion of SEED should be irrelevant in a case like this. So no, it was not necessary.

Yeah, the entertainment industry really needs better unions and a bigger stand against those societal work expectations. A lot of industries in Japan do. It's nightmarish.
And I'm trying to word this in a way that doesn't make me sound condescending: Industry corruption and fan pettiness are 2 different problems that shouldn't be conflated.
Now let's all change the subject before this get's into petty name calling.
Best Gundam Villain: Go

Wait who the fuck are you pushing back?
What are you trying to accomplish on a random forum in the middle of nowhere?
Cause unless someone here harassed Fukuda long, long ago then it really is just fucking pointless as all Hell.

"I am Alpharius. This is a lie."If it weren't for how they botched his character in the past few episodes of IBO IMO, McGillis Fareed hands down.
Otherwise? Uhhhh... No idea.
Spelunking through a Halo Ring is something else...Hmmmmmmm
Katejina and Farkill
What?
TBH, Gihren Zabi is a guilty pleasure of mine because of him being so almost cartoonishly Hitleresque even his own dad straight up compared him to Hitler to the guy's face.
Good on Fukada for speaking out against Sunrise’s shitty labor practices.
My favorite villains are Master Asia and Haman.
Kira Yamato.
The most evil fucker in the entire galaxy.
"I am Alpharius. This is a lie."... Has a gundam series ever left the solar system?
Technically, Setsuna did, but we didn’t see him till he got back.
I mean actually has a scale of a Space opera...
Hell I don't think a Gundam has gotten past the Earth and Colonies around it sphere
I mean you kinda had the Jupiter Fleet... but never like an Earth vs Mars Deal

Mine is probably Jerid. He was just so interesting to watch as the Villainous Underdog and just how he tried to bridge that gap in skill and tech that he and Kamille had. Even when he finally gets his upgrade, Apolly just made a chump out of him. I liked his character progression and how he became more nuanced from his stereotypical maverick personality to a dedicated Titans officer; he mellowed out and became eviler.
Shame his final fight with Kamille is literally
"Ain't Got time for your shit Jerid GTFO"
Durandal is my fav Gundam Big Bad.
And...R.I.P Yu Yamamoto. Good bye sir. Dunno if is early or.late (news went wild, many pages reported it hours ago while others had a day saying it)

Watch me destroying my countryI'm... not so sure about that. I mean, he's too sane and I don't mean morality-wise. Wasn't Hitler foaming-at-the-mouth crazy but capable of pretending otherwise?
Not being funny, but condemning a bunch of people to die as part of a plan to destroy the Federation Military HQ (which failed) and killing your own damn father is not exactly sane in my book.
Spelunking through a Halo Ring is something else...Immorality is not the same as insanity. That is, you don't need to be mentally sick to be a rat bastard. People just keep misusing the word.
Edited by amitakartok on Nov 30th 2018 at 8:52:33 PM
Yeah, not to get political but conflating the two is what gets us people who go "no, mass shootings are a mental health issue because no sane person would do that!"
Sanity, intelligence, and morality are completely separate from each other.
Found a Youtube Channel with political stances you want to share? Hop on over to this page and add them.Alright we are getting the Hathaway’s Flash trilogy starting next winter.
How were these books anyway?
Edited by slimcoder on Nov 30th 2018 at 12:36:55 PM
"I am Alpharius. This is a lie."I know exactly this:
- It stars Hathaway (well, that's a problem there)
- It has a stupidly grimdark ending (... oh boy)
- The Penelope is stupidly overdesigned
- I love the Xi Gundam and the Gustav Karl
That's... literally it. I tried reading the Gundam trilogy written by Tomino and they're... not really a great read. I think Tomino's a better world-builder than writer.

Found a Youtube Channel with political stances you want to share? Hop on over to this page and add them.At least the Penelope being covered with redundant bullshit is an intentional joke. The Xi Gundam is the next step, and literally just does the exact same stuff slightly better with way less extraneous junk. Like, the Penelope was the testbed for friction-reducing Minovsky fields, and generates its field by turning into a motherfucking dragon. The Xi, meanwhile, just raises its chest armour.
What's precedent ever done for us?@Larkmarn: What's your opinion on Hathaway's Flash Gustav Karl vs. the Unicorn/Narrative one?
How shit NT is already out in Japan?
Any word on the critical/fan reception?
"I am Alpharius. This is a lie."
I respect the man for doing something fairly brave like this of course and yes, they need to change things badly for anime production teams. They need unions and much more. I just also felt the need to maybe push back against an unjust narrative that has pervaded the fandom for years.
