Aogami is one of a small group of friends you never had to personally kill in the base game, so....

I'm pretty sure those mysterious voices were in the original V as well, narrating the story of the Garden of Eden at the very beginning.

Man, I had completely forgotten that the Hare of Inaba was weak to all elements except for Phys, Light, and Dark in Shin Megami Tensei: Strange Journey. It really got a glow-up in Vengeance, huh?

People being surprised by the voice and watching that in the evening will have had a night mare

Hearing Unicorn's voice in that video reminded me of my reaction when I heard Mewtwo from Pokémon: Genesect and the Legend Awakened for the first time, and I mean it in a good way; I liked Mewtwo's voice in that movie, and I like the voice they picked for Unicorn. It's definitely a pleasant surprise.

Collectors edition revealed another new demon. Some green haired guy. For some reason I want to say Anansi because he has four spider-leg like things on his body.

Oh there’s also cards as well the Qaditsu are all Queen cards. Tsukuyomi Nahobino is Joker.

Ugh, I'm so sick and tired of Atlus shoving Persona 5 in our face. Give it a rest guys, the games nearly a decade old!

I'm kind of surprised that Anansi doesn't seem to be in a Shin Megami Tensei game yet. He feels like one of those mythological figures that would have been included a long time ago, yet he wasn't.

It'd definitely be neat if Vengeance did end up being Anansi's debut, though I guess we'll just have to wait and see.

Interestingly, Amanozako is tomorrow's demon

Yakumos clip is now on Twitter. Looks like whenever the sky gets the red aura we fight him and Nuwa at the same time now(the clip shows Nuwa on the ground and Yakumo putting away his sword like the fight finished).

Kanekos confirmed via the company COLOPL twitter account to be working on a phone game for them, thankfully Eirikjrs has more info via a reblog and it looks like it isn’t Crypto/NFT one as those are apparently under a different brand name.

Having the mad gasser in the game actually makes me want to check it out.

I wonder if the Qadištu will end up getting their own Demon Showcases after Vengeance is released, kind of like how Abdiel and Nuwa got Showcases after the original V came out.

I was wondering if Vengeance will introduce a new superboss that's only fightable in the Canon of Vengeance, and I found myself hoping that if there is one, we get a female superboss this time. I don't think the main Shin Megami Tensei series has any female superbosses, as far as I can tell.

Considering that some believe Amaterasu might have been associated with snakes at some point, it'd be kind of neat if Amaterasu appears in Vengeance and ends up being a superboss. Or maybe they can finally bring back Echidna.

EDIT: As pointed out, Cleopatra from IV Apocalypse could count as a superboss, so the last part of my second paragraph isn't true.

I guess Cleopatra in Apocalypse counts. She and Mephisto ain't no Ancient of Days though. (Sanat is also there)

Ah right, I suppose you could label Cleopatra from IV Apocalypse as a superboss. I was more focused on Stephen being the ultimate boss of the game, so Cleopatra kind of slipped my mind.

There's some new footage I think, but not enough to justify a whole new video, IMO. But another 3D freshman is on the docket for tomorrow, Fenrir.

In Akihabara there’s going to be an event around June8th-9th celebrating Atlus founding. A demo of Vengeance will be playable there.

I really hope in a game about VENGEANCE Fenrir gets to kill Odin.
