Know that the topic was brought up earlier Flandre grew curious. Evidently these metal wrist thingies had all the answers so she looked at it. She asked it if it knew anything about her family, the Scarlets.

"Some administrator." Spriggan stared back at the picture of the administrator. "He's better suited as some combat instructor who can intimidate the recruits into working hard by just looking at them."

Rey seemed to abruptly notice the thing on his wrist, raising his arm and staring at it incredulously, then shook his head, lowering it again.

The Phi-module's response was immediate. "You are Samuel Raijin Jack—abbreviated Sam Rai Jack, or simply Jack—mercenary and veteran of the recently-concluded Hive Wars. You resigned your commission at the conclusion of this conflict and drifted around the Hegemony, selling your services to those who could afford them and whose needs conformed with your rigid moral code. You are currently opperating as Doctor Freeman's bodyguard and the head of his security detail."

Flandre's bracelet, by contrast, took a moment to formulate a response. "My appologies, Miss Flandre; our records on the Scarlet family are incomplete, possibly due to tampering by an external entity. We have records of you and your elder sister, Lady Remilia, but beyond that there is nothing. I...am sorry."

"And what is my job? You know that I'm not a medical doctor..."

Kimimaro turned to his PHI. "And my task would be...?"

"While everyone is visiting the subject," Bolas asked, amused, "Who might I be?"

The question was asked absent-mindedly, he was thinking very hard of the ramifications of there being another set of Challengers...

"So, what, we're all security detail for Gordon?" Rey glanced back at his wrist device, then shrugged, glancing to Gordon, grinning slightly. "Neat. Hey, you want some pointers on signing autographs, hotshot?"

"Not bad." Spriggan smirked after hearing what Rey had mentioned. "I'm not a stranger in VIP protection. But I'm a stranger in what types of attempt the bad guys would do to get the VIP."

"Me? With a security detail?" Gordon asked, raising and eyebrow. "That... that's just plain weird. I'm used to being the security."

"And I'm used to being the celebrity." He rubbed his chin a bit. "But I always kinda wanted to try being someone else's bodyguard..."

"Hold on a second we don't know that... Now let's see what the Nomads can create for me..."

"You are listed as Doctor Freeman's 'Temporal Consultant'," the Doctor's Phi-module replied, "Although precisely what that entails is uncertain. Furthermore, your personal records appear to have been largely erased; there is little information to be found regarding your history and achievements, [Insert Name Here]."

The others were rounded off swiftly and in short order. "You are a fellow member of Doctor Freeman's security detail, Kimimaro."

"You are 'Archduke' Nicol Bolas, former Planetary Administrator of the planet formerly known as Madara and currently known as Tetsuo; you were ousted by the revolutionary Umezawa Tetsuo, who saw your governance as corrupt and self-indulgant; you have since wandered Hegemonic space, building yourself a shipping empire to fund your neverending search for items related to the arcane and the occult. You are currently providing Doctor Freeman with a grant he needs to fund his research, and you have come to see the fruits of his labours for yourself."

An amused smile briefly crossed Jack's face.

"It seems you will have your chance," he remarked to Rey, then looked over to Gordon. "It appears I must protect you to the best of my ability," he said. "I would do this for any of us, in any case, of course, but having seen your abilities, I agree that you should not, in general, require protection."

Kimimaro nodded. He had experience with security ops back when he was Orochimaru's serv- ...slave. Granted, Orochimaru hardly ever needed security's help dealing with threats in the first place, but...

Raz, who had stepped into the limo earlier, looked quizically at the device. "Who am I?" He asked it, rather curious about what position the Nomads had chosen for him.

Rey shrugged slightly, looking to Gordon. "In all seriousness, only sign your name. Even signing something as meaningless as 'sincerely' can set off a delusional fan. Absolutely do not EVER sign 'to my biggest fan' unless you're prepared to be stalked for the rest of your life. Seriously, I've had friends lose their underwear."

"Look at that! Even the Nomads can't get a name or a job not relating to being a Time Lord. Basic things to change! Are we sure this will be a threat?"

The Doctor blinks at Rey's comment. "Thank Rassilon I'm not at your universe."

"I'll assume that I'm also a bodyguard." Spriggan said before he looked at his module and checked the databank. "Does Trans Global Specialist Inc. exist to this day as a security/specialist company?"

Back in the Common Room, Kisame, watching via another fancy projector-scroll, laughed at Rey's comment about loony fans. Itachi, pretty-boy that he was, had had to deal with his fair share of fangirls in his life, some of them a tad... overboard. Times like that almost made Kisame glad he looked freaky compared to his bishounen friend.

Kisame still didn't know exactly what a "Yaoi Fangirl" was, or why Itachi would freeze up or shudder upon the two words being mentioned together.

"But they can't get basic info from my universe! Not even my nickname in the Time Lord Academy. Or my achievements."

Bolas smiled faintly. It seems even on this wholly different level of reality he could not escape his previous failings.

"So the shortsighted underestimation has already begun? If I'm following you all correctly you're being contained by powers beyond your imagining. To think them lax or weak will only draw their ire."

"Perhaps that is a testament to your veil of secrecy or the Nomads' lack of power in that area. It is something to be considered, but not relied upon."
