Durant overheard Narumi giving Mason the hat. "You're going to have an American soldier like him wear a fedora? That's already outdated."

"But it is interesting." Michael told the 160th SOAR pilot.

"Anyone else we're missing?"

Spriggan said to himself, not seeing Luxanna arrive in the room for a minute or so.

Rey looked to Raz. "No. I'm not worried about the powers anymore. I'm not worried about any of it anymore. There's no reason to. I'm not going home."

Narumi snaps back into his normal thinking. "Nostalgia. Just the way I like it." Narumi said.

Raz titled his head. "Then where will you go?"

Rey shook his head slowly. "I don't know. I don't know what to do."

"You could go with Mason and me." Narumi said.

"Rey."

Spriggan then approached him.

"Esta vai ser a última vez que nós lutamos lado a lado." This'll be the last time we fight alongside each other.

"I said welcome to," said Sub-Zero. "As in, you are worthy of joining and I'm okay with it if you do, but if you don't want to, you don't have to."

Then, the ninja turned to Rey. "If you want, you may follow me. I'll take you to the Wu Shi Academy. There, you will learn how to fight as a champion of the Earth Realm should."

"You can travel with me Rey. You're better with kids than me anyways."

Kamiyu shook her head at Sub Zero.

"Nope, I'm going home with Naoto!" she said, excited at the prospect.

Naoto shook her head at Sub-Zero and said "I can not. I still have a murderer to catch back home." She cast a slightly worried expression at Kamiyu, not wanting to drag her into that.

Sub-Zero formed three Kori Swords and one each to Blink, Naoto, and Raz.

"Good," said Sub-Zero. "But before you go, take this Kori Sword. It's nigh unbreakable by both fist and blade, and it'll do some serious damage in a fight. I've used it for years now."

Then, he turned to Naoto. "A murder, eh? Well, if you ever get in a scrap, this'll keep you from joining the pile."

Kamiyu took the sword, and blinked, before turning to Naoto. "A murderer?"

Her eyes widened for a few moments, but then she took on a determined expression and a wide grin. "I'll help you catch 'em, Naoto! Together, we can get 'em for sure!"

"Guess I can't wait to get back on duty."

Michael sarcastically said, checking out the K3 LMG before placing it on the ground.

Rey smiled some, but didn't respond to any of the others, heading over to Blink and Naoto, putting a hand on Blink's shoulder. "Now, listen, Blink..." he said softly, still smiling. "Once the two of you get home, I want you to promise to behave yourself, okay?" His voice wavered a bit as he spoke. "Naoto knows her world better than you, so you listen to her, follow her lead until you get the hang of things, okay?"

"A murderer, eh?" Narumi felt intrigued. "Hm..."

Naoto nodded her head, giving Kamiyu a serious look. "Doing that would mean having to go back into the fog filled world. I am not going to force you to go back there." She said. She understood well having some adversity to entering that place twice.

Kamiyu nodded when Rey finished speaking, then turned to Naoto when she spoke.

"Yeah! If it's to help you, I'll be fine going back there!" she said, smiling. The fog world had been distressing, yes... but the thought of helping Naoto far outweighed the distress the fog world had caused.

"I faced worse things." Narumi said in response to Naoto.

Lambda and Rho broke their gaze to stare at Zeta as he spoke, his words bringing near-identical looks of wariness and uncertainty to their faces; they found the way he had listed their names amongst those of the fallen more than slightly ominous and threatening, and in their combined state of weakness the purple Nomad could very easily make good on such a threat, should his intentions prove hostile. Wariness turned to confusion when he flashed them that knowing smile, however, and then understanding came to the pair as they realized just what he had meant.

A weak smile spread across his face, and Lambda tilted his head to glance at the Champions. "Well, now...I think it's about time the lot of you returned whence you came."

With these words, the argent deity's one good eye flickered with a brief but intense flash of silver radiance, and slowly the floor began to repair itself, the pieces of the ceiling rising into the air to put themselves back together like a puzzle being assembled by the hands of some invisible giant. As the ballroom gradually returned to a state of order and spotlessness, the portals which had originally ringed the room sprang into existence, holographic busts of the Champions to which they corresponded wavering above them like the flaming whicks of ghostly candles.

"Can I have my TARDIS?"

-Isaac looks up at the portals, then moves towards his own.-

Wordlessly, the silver Nomad jerked his head in the direction of a portal surmounted by the Doctor's holographic bust. Were the Time Lord to approach this rippling apperture between dimensions, he would be able to see the familiar interior of his TARDIS through its gleaming depths.

Naoto looked to the bust of herself, not entirely sure if she felt comfortable staring at a carving of herself. In the portal though she was easily able to see that it lead to the electronics section of Junes, facing the Televisions. She looked to Blink and walked over towards the portal.
