I like Ranma and Simoun but I have already seen those. Ranma isn't quite what I'm looking for...Simoun was closer, but didn't play with the gender thing as much as I would've liked. My favorite bit of that show was when that guy couldn't decide which sex to pick and became depressed over becoming male. Said person was never very important.
