The point of this thread is to list your favorite tropers and say what makes you like them so much. Please be specific; we already have Gushing About Shows You Like if you want to gush about TV Tropes or the Forums in general.
EDIT: Chopped the list because it's now quite outdated, and there are some comments in here that only made sense back in 2009 and may have even been a bit creepy.

Anyhow, today I like AHR. She's one of the few people in Writer's Block who understands that "give-and-take" means that it's not always your turn to, you know, take. There are others, but she did it today when I was watching so she gets the props today.
She's also hot.

I apologise for whining and flailing around my ego as much as I did* , but I once again have to thank Tools of Destruction, Nekoalexa and Stolen By Faeries for being more than kind enough to give me the time and attention I most likely didn't deserve but dearly needed and keeping me relatively intact after a breakdown I had a few days ago.
