What kind of uni doesn't have late open libraries? During some of the midterm and finals weeks, Salmon Library at UAH opens to past midnight.

My university library closed at 5:00, and wasn’t open weekends.
My university library stayed open until one or two in the morning during finals.

Even during the regular semester, my university library had Sunday hours, as I recall, and that was a Catholic school. And I'm spoiled to be in a city where most of the public library branches have them too.
And then there's my post-grad school, where one of the many libraries (not the main one) was designated for all-nighters with 24/7 access.
Oh, so was mine.
In fact the anime club I was in would do this yearly thing were we'd book a big room there for 24 hours and have an all-night anime marathon.
