Basically, data mine has provided a list of characters who are likely to have priority in being included* , but unlike the first season SE aren't giving any hints on who's coming or when - Nomura was reportedly very upset when he learned about the datamine and leaks spoiling the guessing game.

I still firmly believe we should have all the antagonists. Well maybe except for Zeromus, but I wouldn't complain either.
I'm sure we'll get Ardyn eventually. Then at least I-XV has a hero and villain. Well XII just has Snow but X has Jecht so I guess that counts.
Gabranth's battle damage being the broken faceplate from his tussle with Vayne is a nice touch, really wish that Zenos's helmet costume did the same, like when Lyse broke his.
