-What's being pulled down to earth...is the teddy bear from earlier. And it flies right past Chuck and Odin at the teddy bear on the tank. When Mitch fires the grenade, it somehow gets caught by the teddy bear on the tank, making it fall backwards in time to also catch the teddy from on high, and, well...-

-Let's just say that the subsequent fireworks explosion manages to incinerate the tank and pretty much tell Rock and Jack where at least some of their friends are :P-

-he beckons Rock to follow him as he heads towards the junkyard-booth-explosion-thing-

-oh, and he also waves and stuff to the Sapphcharacters-

-probably tells them where he's going-

-And the burn cream is just burn cream. Apparently, it was left for those people that managed to survive the explosions necessary to win the grand prize-
