You're getting the meaning of Romanticism Versus Enlightenment wrong. And I'm no rationalist: I'm a humanist.

Anyay, seriously, how could you be bored by this Prison Break? It was awesometastic. And scary as hell. And morally devastating.

No point in discussing it, really, it's purely a matter of taste; in my opinion, it took too long to say what it had to say, and I was a little disappointed they weren't caught. I think it would have been more interesting if they had been.

I'll have to agree with you. Have you watched Code Geass? If so, you are probably aware of a certain incident close to the end of the first season. Up until the very instant this incident was triggered, the future seemed positively pregnant with possibilities as the wise words and actions of a certain character promised to completely change the nature of the game while making it no less complex and rich. And then... well...

Honestly if I have a complain about Mo R it's that it's too intense. My mind keeps getting blown every other paragraph, with stuff that's taking me time to digest. Normally this should take me only a couple of days to read, but there's just so much going on...

YMMV, of course, but the jailbreak was great. Sure, it took some time, but I had time to give, and it was well-spent.

Besides, I'd rather Eliezer errs on the side of extra length.

^^ Nah, I quit Code Geass when I realized I didn't give a shit about any of the characters but Lelouch, CC and Nina Einstein. And the latter pair I was more curious about than anything else. Hard to be invested in a magical political thriller when you just don't care who lives and who dies.

Didn't you know? Bastards aren't born with souls. We have to piece them together with bits we steal from other people's. That's why so many of us go unbaptized; you can't induct into the fellowship of Christ something that isn't there.

Yes, there is such a thing as a bend dexter. They're more common than bend sinister in heraldry, thanks to sinister's negative connotations.

Mr. Yudkowsky,

I don't want you to suffer for suffering's sake, but the chapters you've said you least enjoyed writing were chapters I most enjoyed reading, and rereading, and so forth.

For whatever it's worth, the segment of your readers I presume to represent hopes you continue to produce chapters like those you least enjoyed producing.

^^ I would think they'd be more common because of the dearth of bastards entitled to bear arms in the modern world.

By the way, are we ever going to get the chart that the teachers drew after the Abkhazan breakout? I tried to make one but I don't think there's enough info given.
