This is the thread we use to talk things over with people who have received a suspension notice. A lot of the time the notice goes out just so we can explain how seriously we take certain things, not because we want the person to feel bad and go away.
If you're suspended, give What to Do If You Are Suspended a read, then post here to begin your appeal. We try to respond to appeals in order via batch posts every few days. If a moderator has responded to your appeal, you will receive a notification in your private messages, even if you're suspended from PMs.

Don'ts
- Don't be rude. Rule 1 applies here, too.
- Don't try to negotiate your suspension outside of this thread, such as by sending Private Messages to moderators or posting elsewhere. Such activity may be thumped or otherwise removed, and may warrant an additional suspension block if it keeps happening. All communications have to take place within this thread.
- Don't respond to other suspended users. This is a place for you to discuss your suspension, not others'.
- Don't post multiple times about your appeal if it hasn't been a few days since your last reply from us, since it makes it more difficult to compose responses. If you've posted, we're likely looking at it, and kindly request you to be more patient.
- Don't make another account to try and get around your suspension. This is called ban evasion and will get you bounced. (Again, read What to Do If You Are Suspended if you don't know what these words mean.)

I did state my reason and you were the only one talking to me and I did state my reason why.
I addressed my reason like 2 days ago or maybe yesterday I don't know when but I know I did look back on some of the posts I remember I did.
I just found myself suspended and I'm curious to know what I did wrong and how I can fix it. I know I had a trope I added on a YMMV page removed the other day, and I'm guessing it pertains to that, but I'm not quite sure in what way.

~boatman8: To clarify, the Help with English topic is not for requesting people to edit the wiki for you. That's prohibited by our suspension policy. Instead, you post the exact text you want to add to the wiki to get proofreading advice. Other users may then make the edits on your behalf once they are corrected. If you show that you can write grammatically without help, we may reconsider your suspension.
~Majin Vegeta: I'll try this one more time. Your suspension encompasses three problems:
- Deletions without leaving edit reasons.
- Edit warring over your deletions.
- Shipping bias.
You must specifically acknowledge all of these. If you think that an article is biased, you should bring it up for discussion.
~Evighet: Your suspension is because of your edits on YMMV.Call The Midwife, which appear biased in favor of a 'ship, include Natter and improper Example Indentation, and have questionable grammar.
~Dosutos: We like it when new tropers show up and are enthusiastic about creating articles, but we need you to do it correctly. It doesn't look like you put in much effort at all, which doesn't look good. The instruction articles you will want to check out include How to Create a Work's Page, Namespace, and Text-Formatting Rules. You can practice in the Wiki Sandbox if you aren't sure how the markup works. Got it?

Ok I admit to the deletions but edit wars I never tried to start I'm new to this site I don't know everything and shipping bias I wasn't being biased I was just trying to state my opinion that's all.
I doubt that I can prove that just by talking here. 
However, I'll try to make small edits if I ever get unbanned so that I don't make noticeable mistakes.

~Majin Vegeta: An edit war occurs when you and another troper or tropers make the same edits back and forth more than once. For example, you delete something, someone else adds it back, then you delete it again.
As for "opinion", we specifically do not want people to put their opinions on the wiki. That's not what we are here for.
~boatman8: I don't know if a language barrier is causing this difficulty in communication, but you're clearly not grasping the instructions. I will try to make them as simple as possible.
- There's an edit you want to make on the wiki, such as adding a trope example.
- You post it in the Help with English thread.
- Someone else will proofread and correct it. They may, if you ask nicely, make the edit for you.
- Repeat this process until you can write grammatically correct content without help.
Is any of this unclear?

Re: context. So, for an example I need to put in some lines about why an example deserves to be on the page? e.g. er... Ship Tease, the context is more or less known, but sometimes there's extra liners about why that moment is significant in a literary/plot/other sense?

I was so ashamed with my behavior when I saw I was banned. I wanted to be creative for once, but all I did was worry too much about myself, and as a result, I ruined it for everyone. Welcome! I'm afraid we can't lift your suspension right away, judging by the grammar errors in your appeal. In fact, this is why you're here. Left unchecked, grammar issues leave a mess that someone else has to clean up.
This is not the end, however. We have the Get Help with English thread that you can use. If you can think of something to add, like an example, run it through that thread and other users can give advice. We'll lift your suspension once you show the ability to write an example free of major grammatical errors.
To be specific, there were indentation issues, addition of Zero Context examples, and some questionable grammar. Even though your appeal looks fine grammarwise, you may want to brush up on that just in case. I already have the link to the thread provided in my post.

~lalunaticscribe: Actually, you need to put the context as well as most people will not be familiar with the work. In other terms, if a person who isn't familiar with the work cannot understand from the example text why the trope is supposed to apply, then it's not enough context.

Some weeks ago, I was blocked from making edits to pages. I assume this is base both on how practically all my edits close with a question mark or, as some messages have told me, my indentation issues.
I would like to apologize for these issues.
I am reading up on the indentations rules now. I shall try to be more careful with how I use them, in future, and I shall also try not to go over board with the question marks.
If there are any additional issues with my edits, please inform me and I shall try to work on them, too.

Concerning my grammar, I'm not a native English speaker, but I think I get it right for the most part. Obviously I didn't this time though, and I'll be sure to look over entries in the future before I post them, and double-check my grammar.
Regarding the other issues, I admit I'm very confused. I began to write up why, but it ended up being quite a long post, and I don't want to clutter up the thread if I can avoid it. I was wondering if I could PM a moderator about it and go over it that way? I'm not trying to be argumentative or anything like that, I'm just confused, and I would like to make sure I fully understand what I did wrong, in order to avoid doing it again in the future.

You weren't "on the verge" of getting anything back. You didn't address the reasons for your suspension and still haven't. We are concerned that your repeated deletions on that article are motivated by shipping bias.
