-watches, keeping on the balls of her feet if she need dodge-

The moment the Pelican crashed, the Ghost comes to a halt, spins around and then flings a White Phosphorus grenade at Mewtwo; if the grenade exploded unmolested, it would smother the freak with poisonous flakes burning at 5000 degrees Fahrenheit, and with a smokescreen aftereffect of the incendiary weapon as nice bonus.

I wasn't shooting, david was.

Lex turns the mongoose, such that the left side is facing mewtwo.

He takes the pistol out of his left pocket and unloads it on him.

-Skids to a stop and turns to face Mewtwo, picking a bomb seemingly out of nowhere as he does-

-Rolls the bomb along the floor; partway along it sprouts spiderlike legs and scuttles towards Mewtwo-

@Dude: I know, and I edited it afterwards.

-Mewtwo fires at Lucas's bomb-

-And chucks the Ghost's grenade back up at the ceiling-

-And gets hit a couple times by Lexip, before psychically shoving the Pelican at him-

Also, I should've mentioned earlier that the cave's floor is more or less flat all around. Just so we know.

-Cassie circle and wait-

The WP grenade explodes... And covers the area under Mewtwo with poisonous flakes that burns much hotter than Lava. Seeing this, the Ghost mocks Mewtwo.

"You may have psionics, but you certainly don't have the mind for it!"

The Ghost gasps before he ducks underneath the Pelican and fires at Mewtwo with his wrist-mounted gatling gun.

-Mikael reloads his gun and starts shooting at Mewtwo again-

He's still in the smoke, so he'll be less likely to hit and he's already less likely to hit.

Lexip pushes the throttle all the way in to avoid the pelican.

If it lands intact, he tries to open its hatch.

-Gathers an orb of green energy in his hands and launches it at Mewtwo-

-The grenade was thrown up and away from Mewtwo, so there-

-The Pelican's hatch falls off as Lexip pulls on it, and as he enters the transport the Mongoose rolls into a wall-

-Mewtwo then swings the Pelican back over at the Ghost; Mewtwo starts hovering to put the Pelican between them, and so block his shots-

-Mikael's shots miss by a decent margin, but succeed in drawing Mewtwo's attention over to him. This means it sees Lucas's attack coming, and so dodges it-

Assuming Lexip and the Ghost were both to its right, and the other two are on its left (but Lucas isn't in the smoke and so isn't concealed), and Cassie is so stealthy I have no idea where she is (probably behind it by next post).

EDIT: @Todbot: So I know, what was Lucas shooting at him?

Feh, No mercy for you Arty.

The Ghost growls at his shots being blocked before jumping over the Pelican and then riddling Mewtwo with bullets as he falls back down and fetches out a Grenade from his belt, arming it but not throwing it just yet for a few moments before doing so.

Hehe.

-Lucas snaps his fingers as the projectile passes Mewtwo, and it explodes into a column of blinding light on its position-

PK Flash, one of his PSI abilities. With a few artistic liberties maybe perhaps. I hope he didn't dodge waaay out of the way, or this just looks flashy and that's it.

Lex smashes into the wall.

He reorients and puts his revolver in his right pocket.

He looks at the grenades throws out any that managed to arm themselves and keeps whats left.

Try or try not, Striggy; there is no do. We've been through this.

-Mewtwo is hit by the Specter's shots, but makes sure to throw his grenade back at him this time-

-And then is hit by Mikael once or twice-

-And is then blinded by the light-

-The side of the Pelican rains live grenades, quite possibly in the Ghost's general direction-

-Mewtwo reaches for the nearest lights hanging from the ceiling (He's been here awhile; he knows where they are), and rips them and their metal coverings from it with its mind-

-It then arranges them in a loose circle around its person-

-The area is now significantly darker, but Mewtwo's own Battle Aura glows bright enough to be seen-

EDIT: I got left and right backwards last post, but it makes little difference.

Still playing for keeps.

Since the Ghost's grenade was cooked, it exploded a little over 3 meters away from Mewtwo's face and the Ghost himself moved out of the way of the grenade rain by ducking and weaving through them as he dived into the open hatch.

-Mikael tried to shoot Mewtwo, but he had no more bullets, he then picked up the rock that he was using as target practice and threw it at Mewtwo-

"Sorry about that, I was in here, live grenades were in here, and we just couldn't have both."

He says that as he switches the solid round ammunition in his revolver for ones with scattershot.

The Ghost gets back up and then looks at Mewtwo.

"Damn thing's using the lamps as shields."

The Ghost experimentally fires a short burst of his wrist-mounted gatling gun at Mewtwo before leaning back into the Pelican's hull

Distractions ahoy.

-Procures another bomb and lobs it at Mewtwo-

I hope I wasn't keeping you waiting, or something.

-What happened (and what I meant to say) was that Mewtwo psychically grabbed and threw the grenade back not a second after it left the Ghosts's hand; for the sake of things making sense, it overcompensated and hurled it past him-

-As might have been expected, the Ghost's shots are blocked by the floating lampshades coverings-

-Mewtwo floats upward and sets the coverings to spinning around it, both actions protecting it from Mikael's rock and Lucas's bomb-

...Huh. Last time, there were people who could shoot things that went through things (one of whom did so by copying Mewtwo's Shadow Ball attack). :/ Can't abuse the spinning shield thing so much this time around.

@Tod: Only a little. What I'm wondering is what happened to Stonedog.

Lex Exits the pelican and starts heading toward the machines at the wall, to see if any of them could prove useful.
