Either one works. I’d say keep current, but someone who knows more about carnage than me should confirm that current is not a spoiler.
Witty witticisms are witty.I like current
I'm a bit torn on this one. 1.1 is a clearer image, and looks good as a pose, but also a fairly generic Carnage pose - it could be from any series. 1.2 represents the plot arc, even if Carnage doesn't look like that for most of it.
A couple of other options, which hopefully won't complicate things too much.

Issue #6 cover, but with text -
Ahh! Sorry! I was the one who changed the image, and I was half-asleep at the time and didn't think there'd be a problem with updating it given I was the one who'd created the page in the first place. Apologies. :(
In terms of why I changed the image, it was precisely for the reason Mrph1 pointed out — that the original was a generic image that could be from any Carnage series whereas the cover for #6 represents Carnage's endgame.
In terms of how much of a spoiler it is, I don't know. While Carnage doesn't actually assume that form until #10, it first appeared on the cover of #6 and also made a debut appearance in Marvel Future Fight a few months ago. Also, I picked the textless version (which took a while to get ahold of) so the text didn't clutter or obscure the image. If we're voting on images, the textless version of #6's cover gets mine.

Keep current. It's not just any old shot of Carnage.
I don't like this placeCrowner
By my count we have 4 votes for 1.2 and 2 votes for 4.1
Votes bump; one in the green right now.
Votes bump, same.
Calling for 4.2. It's in and tagged, kept the caption since it's the same pic with text.
Closing.

Carnage 2022
1.1 - original image (May 2022).
Added when the page was created by Arawn999. I can't see if this was a move/split or just created from a well-populated sandbox.Textless version of the cover to issue #1.
1.2 - current image
In September 2022, this was swapped out for a version of the cover to issue #6.
The discussion page is blank, there's no Image Pickin' note and there's no edit reason.
