Daisy was joking about Shantae using her Genie powers. Despite all of the weird stuff she's been seeing, she didn't initially believed Shantae's claims about being a genie. Until she saw the girl transform into a purple elephant with her own eyes.
"Wow, you're really are a genie," Daisy said.
Daisy climbed up Shantae. She struggled a bit but she eventually got on her back and sat on top of the blue carpet.
"I'd never rode an elephant before, so um, go easy on me please." She chuckled awkwardly.

Donnie.exe has encountered a problem and needs to shut down
Donnie didn't get very far before he heard Shantae proclaiming she was going to use her "genie magic". With an eye roll, he turned around—
—and saw her turn into an elephant.
...
Turn into. An elephant.
Donnie's jaw dropped. A strangled sound escaped his throat. This. Couldn't be real. Voluntary mutation, maybe? Able to switch between human and mutant forms? That. Had to be it. Not magic.
"Hoooooooow," he managed.

Chimneyfoot, The True Tavern (2023 Hasn't Made its Case Well)
Chim decided to just sit back and watch all the chaos around him unfold. He knew they were all probably here for some reason (Aqua drunkenly summoning all of them was sounding less and less likely), but he had no idea what, so he thought the best move would probably be to wait for whoever it was that gathered them all here to show up and explain themselves.
Until Kobeni asked him if he wanted to join a cult. Then he decided the best move was to get out of there.
"Well, I'm not working in this coal mine anymore," he said as he hopped off the barstool and walked over to the exit. His odd foot was on full display now; it was hard not to notice it.

Nia, Tavern Un -> The Streets: Too Late for Regrets
Nia thought to the turtle-man, The bloody hell's his problem? before settling with the rest of the eclectic group wisely walking away from the emerging clown show that is the tavern. The impromptu cult about the blubbering blue-haired buffoon and a brawl from a man with a metal arm and a teenager with an over-the-top getup is all it took to convince her that being here will do more harm than good.
The outside of the place is nothing like she's ever seen before. Sure, the architecture of Mor Ardain is plenty advanced, but not like here. She remarks out loud, "What bloody Titan are we on?" before she witnesses something utterly bizarre. Sure, she had her suspicions about the half-genie considering she looks like she's dressed up as one of Bana's dancers (she tried to block those implications out of her mind), but now, she turned into a large beast of burden.
Nia would have been shocked if everything else before didn't already do the job. Instead, she decided to climb on, knowing that if she's going to question everything and everyone, she'd likely go insane in the process. Unless she already went crazy and is now hallucinating all this, but that's beside the point.

In the distance, Daisy spotted the giant turtle man she first saw in the tavern. He seems clearly bewildered by the sight of Shantae as an elephant.
"I dunno, probably a thing Genies can do. Like it's one of their powers and such." Daisy said towards him.
As Daisy looked over her shoulder, she saw a silver-haired girl in strange looking clothing climb up Shantae. The thing that caught her attention about the girl was her fluffy cat ears. They seem to be attached to her head.
"Oh, are those ears real?" Daisy asked. She had a gut feeling that they probably were but she has to keep up the "beautiful little fool" facade. After all, even though she's in a completely different place, she assumed that it treated women the same as the world she came from, thus to Daisy, there's still the need to act like a foolish beauty in order to ease her life.

Outside Tavern 2
Narancia glared at the man who was lecturing him, feeling anger boil inside him. He instinctively reached for his switchblade, intending to teach the guy some respect—nothing serious, just scare him a little—but thought better of it. He had more pressing things to think about.
He turned away from Wallace with an angry grumble and scanned the street again, halfway hoping to see one of his friends. However, there was no one he recognized. What was he supposed to do now? How was he going to escape this city?
...Wait... hadn't he heard about a Stand that could do something similar? His teammates once had a run-in with someone named "Illuso", right? Apparently, that guy could drag people into a mirror world, separating them from their Stands and rendering them defenseless...
That's it! What if this is some kind of a fake world, too?! Okay, so... first of all, I've got to check if Aerosmith is still with me!
"Come out! AEROSMITH!"
Those nearby would see a large, red toy plane materialize above Narancia's arm and begin buzzing around his body. Narancia breathed a sigh of relief as he saw that his Stand was still functioning.

Sayaka was confused, as her soul gem indicated that there were magical energy sources nearby.
‘’So, this really is an isekai’’
She decided to stay out of the cult business. Cults were bad news. They released poison gas in the subway and corrupted politicians.
However, the last straw that prompted her to leave was the brawl between the soldier and the boy with the stool. The tavern was no longer a place she wanted to be, and she walked out of the tavern, joining the group gathered outside. That was when she saw Shantae transform.
“Pardon me, but by any chance, are you a magical girl too?”

He wasn't fully sure what to make of the teenager being able to mostly tank the kick like that, but the idea that the kid was some degree of enhanced like he was wasn't out of the question.
The fact that said kid abruptly caught on fire and abruptly was in a strange, striped uniform, staring back at him. That...that was not normal.
He very much did not want to fight this kid, but it looked as though this might become necessary.
And then some...strangely dressed girl was stepping between them, apparently to stop the confrontation. She turned, looking to him, and-
"Soldier."
Anyone observing the confrontation would be able to see the man's posture go rigid, eyes widening in what looked almost like fear as he pulled back from Enty, practically baring his teeth at her.
"If you try to take me back I'll kill all of you...!" he snarled out, the metal hand clenching into a fist. His eyes darted back and forth, quickly, and it seemed as though, despite the threat of violence, he was instead looking for a way out.

As he was talking to Brigitte, trying to close to her, he stopped hearing the animal not enjoying what he was trying to do, his hand then flys back to his arm, and he then hits it to keep it in here, "Alright, knowing someone's name that good Cheetor-" He stops his talking, his mouth wide open hearing from the cheetah's an unknown voice, he was talking to no magical being Ky was talking to a fellow robot, as quickly as he can, he excused himself from the woman and walked to Cheetos, once more on his knees "I am sorry for that my fellow robotic brother, I can understand when a part of your body is not working" he said trying to comfort them with a shoulder pat, it looks like this robot has the ability or transformation interesting.
But before he could talk some more, the surprise of a bipedal tank appeared out of nowhere, taking him away from the cheetah; he freaks out and screams, pointing his left arm as its elbow and arm opens up to reveal a shotgun; he needed to be ready if this turns into combat, who knows what is inside that tank and so Ky waited to aim his shotgun elbow until the owner of the tank came out and immediately his left arm forms back, there's no way someone like that could be a killer or crazy; but with her being in a tank and talking about the robot cheetah, he comes in to speak "Don't worry, my robotic friend right there is just experiencing an error, he can't transform" he said pointing at Cheetor.
He then finally hears some yelling outside and a bald guy with a vest talking back, "Hey old man, someone harassing you outside?" He said walking to the door to see who is yelling outside.

"Geez lady, I know you got a cavern between your tits, but that's ridiculous." Stocking eyed Mai's fans and umbrella with slight disbelief.
She moved aside when Trevor came over to her side of the bar, wrinkling her nose a bit at the obvious disheveled alcoholic. Her distaste was made worse by the fact that he actually kind of pulled off the rugged-wanderer look. And of course his face scar somehow just made him more handsome- No, bad Stocking, this is why people think you have daddy issues.
Stocking followed Trevor's gaze to the ongoing fight, quirking an eyebrow as one of the fighters suddenly transformed. "Huh. I've never seen a human use magic like that. Unless he's secretly a demon, I guess, but I don't think a demon wouldn't wear an outfit that stupidly edgy."
Humming in thought, she glanced back at Trevor, against her better judgment. "She might actually be a goddess, honestly. Polytheism was a shitshow to begin with, and most of the Other Gods became near-powerless once people started loving Jesus. It'd almost be sad, if they didn't deserve it."
What is so amusing about this? Why do you take lives? How can you forget?

Galo and Lio, The Tavern of Strange Folks And Much Confusion
Galo was very tempted to respond to all of the crazyness going on around him, but before he could, Lio put a hand over Galo's mouth and pulled him into a dark corner of the tavern where they would go unnoticed before removing his hand."Hey! What was that for?" Galo grunted, although he was still smiling a slight bit. He couldn't make himself be fully mad at Lio, not unless it was about something serious.
"We don't know who any of these people are, Galo." Lio said in a serious tone. "I don't know if we can trust them. If they find out that I'm a Burnish-"
"Well, we just won't tell them you're a Burnish, then! There! Problem solved!" Galo said with a grin which Lio couldn't help but chuckle at.
"That's a good starting point, but we should probably establish more things we shouldn't tell them then just the fact that I'm a Burnish before you go chatting with them like they're old friends." Lio said, now smiling a bit as well. "It would probably also be wise to not tell them that I was involved in any crimes, and-"
"And leave out the thing with the giant fire dragon, gottit! I get it now!" Galo said excitedly, his grin only stretching wider as he began to practically vibrate with anticipation. Then, his movement seemed to come to a stop. "Wait...if we can't bring up the fact that you're a Burnish...does that mean we can't tell them about Kray?"
"NO! We're NOT bringing up Kray around them! Not unless that BASTARD shows up within punching range!" Lio yelled, clenching his fists as they erupted in purple flames, then seemed to calm down, the flames disappearing. "Sorry, it's just...I hate even thinking about that man...and what he did...I don't want to talk about him with strangers who have just as much chance of sympathizing with that devil as they do of supporting us. And yeah, it's probably impossible to bring up anything about Kray without mentioning what..why we're fighting him. Unless you're willing to lie to those people? I don't mind lying, as long as it serves a greater purpose."
"Hey, hey, it's okay! We definitely don't have to talk about Kray with those people if you don't want to!" Galo said quickly, trying to reassure Lio, raising his hands in a gesture of peace and calm. "I wouldn't want to make you feel upset. That's the last thing I want. I swear we won't talk about him until we can punch his smug blonde face in, firefighter's honor! And speaking of firefighter's honor, I refuse to lie to those guys! I'm gonna tell them the good honest truth...just with a few bits left out."
Lio giggled. "Thank you. You can go speak with them if you want now. I just figured I should establish a plan before you went running headfirst into a situation we know nothing about."
"Pretty smart, Fotia! I owe you one." Galo chuckled, giving Lio a thumbs up before heading out of the dark corner and walking up to Enterprise. "Hey there! Morning! Or evening. Or afternoon. I guess I don't really know what time it is...anyway, my name's Galo Thymos, and I got a phone too!" He pulled a blue and red smartphone from his pocket and held it up victoriously. Then, he seemed to realize what was happening, and turned to the man with the metal arm. "Hey, hey hey hey, whoa there!" he said with a nervous laugh. "No need for fighting! We're all cool here! Right?"

Soon enough, a man who looked like he had a particularly rough day showed up and immediately went for the alcohol. However, he didn't look like he had as rough of a day as the guy with the broken arm currently fighting a teenager. The teenager started the fight, so he's probably going to have a rough day soon. In any case, the man seemed completely flummoxed at how to open a beer bottle, so once Mai finally put all her fans away, she flipped over the bar and looked through the drawers. Eventually, she found a bottle opener, which she then used to open up the man's bottle for him.
"I'm Mai Shiranui," Mai replied to him, drinking more of her own glass of alcohol. She seemed to be treating this whole thing as only a marginally weirder than usual day.

Wizard Needs Food Badly
Buzz was a bit put off when Donatello just brushed him off, he wasn’t offended but maybe a bit put off guard: “Okaaaaay?” He finally said as he retracted his hand from Donnie’s vision when he didn’t shake his hand. He did managed to get his name when he was talking to Galo and Lio. Why Donnie brushed him off when Buzz clearly asked for his name only to then say his name to two other people was beyond the space ranger but his instincts were focused on Enty when Donnie decided to have his little tirade about ‘Why Genies didn’t exist’. When he overheard her ask the tavern if anyone had anything to communicate with, he then realised that he had only just used his com link to make a mission log and then it hit him: “Ah my team!” Buzz cried smacking his forehead in realisation. “They don’t know I’m even here! They’ll still think I’m in my quarters! Ah I didn’t think about that. Blast.” He cursed his teammates of Mira, Boaster and XR were probably going to be worried sick about him.
But worrying about his teammates were the least of his troubles for the time being. Shantae was already planning on leaving and considering a fight was already starting up, Buzz felt that was the right thing to do. “Well I’ve got no other options. Lead the way, Shanta-.” Buzz began but his thoughts were then distracted by the sight that welcomed him next. There, Shantae’s place was a great big elephant that had the same colour as her hair, Buzz stepped back in bemusement he couldn’t believe what he was seeing. “You’ve turned…into an elephant. You’ve turned into an elephant.” He however shook himself out of this confused state and just shrugged. The situation was already weird enough as it was, people turning into elephants was only a small part of what was happening to him anyway.
Without another word, he climbed onto the elephant form of Shantae and then exited out of the tavern. The buildings were so weird and unusual they were nothing like the cities he had visited on other planets. It was like there was no rhyme or reason to them at all. Buzz was really taken a back. How can one tavern lead to him a place like this? It just doesn’t make any sense whatsoever. “I’m definitely not at Star Command right…” He said to himself taking in the surroundings he was in.

Enterprise realized her mistake too late as the man lashed out - only verbally this time, thankfully - in response to something she'd said. It wasn't completely clear to her what might have been the trigger word or words, though it seemed like he'd gone rigid around the time she'd said "Soldier". There was little way of knowing at this point whether he was even reacting to a specific word rather than the situation in general. That was just how the ghosts of war could be. She knew it all too well, from personal experience, if nothing else.
That was why she didn't flinch or recoil at the metal-armed man's exclamation about not being 'taken back' and his decidedly direct threat of violence. Instead, her smile morphed into a small, thoughtful frown, and while she tried to hold his gaze, she replied in an even timbre, gentle, as before: "Easy there, Sir. I'm not here to take you back to anyone or anything; I don't even know what organization you're thinking of, and whatever it is, I'm not part of it - unless you're U.S. or E.U. Armed Forces, since I'm a Navy girl. But I can tell you're hurting, Sir, and I want to help, if you'll let me. I promise I won't bother you after this if you want to be left alone, but you're clearly injured, and that's something I can't leave alone without it weighing on my good conscience. As I understand it, this woman here has some medical expertise." She slowly, non-threateningly, motioned at Saria. "Will you let her have a look at your arm? Please?"
Then Galo interjected in what Enty would soon learn was his typical manner, whereupon she twitched mightily but thankfully succeeded in resisting the urge to palm her face.

Aqua - Tavern 1: You Meet in a Tavern
"Well fine, we didn't want you anyway!" Aqua crosses her arms and pouts as Chimneyfoot makes like a chimney and gets outta there. "Maybe I need someone with more Charisma working on the recruitment.... Anyway! If they aren't going to listen to your words, how ELSE are we going to get people to LIKE us????"Aqua strokes her chin and thinks and thonks. She looks around and ponders and muses and all sorts of things go on in her head. Unfortunately she gets distracted once more by the people fighting in the tavern! What fiends. But... oh, it was so obvious now!
"Wait!"
She dramatically raises her staff, twirling it over her head and pointing at Bucky with a finger.
"There is no need to be scared, mortal! For the cute, amazing goddess Aqua is here to heal you all, body and soul, and make you whole!" Aqua spins around once as glowing lights form on her staff, and she points it at the supersoldier.
"Sacred Highness Heal!"
In a blink, a wave of healing energy shoots over everyone's favorite superhero named after the 15th President of the United States.
"No thanks is necessary for such a selfless act... but much appreciated!" Aqua presses a hand to her chest and humbly inclines her head, as if preparing herself to bask in the praise and adoration that was surely incoming.
Teemo- Tavern 1
"Poor guy must be shaken something fierce due to being dragged from his world."
Teemo tried to vouch and cut the ninja turtle some slack after all people can get irrational when being teleported to a world they don't know and seeing things they don't understand. Anyways he went outside with the group and was given an order by the half-genie.
"Alright miss Shantae, you just follow me and Woah Woah!"
Shantae just turned into an elephant, that was something Teemo has seen before with some vastayans but she dint looked like one before the magic at play here was surely weird but useful.
"You are an elephant now! That's cool, should we get moving then?

Tavern 2: A surprisingly tech-forward grody shack
"Oh look at that, the 'magical' talking beast is actually some kind of incredibly lifelike robot. In fact..."
Baro took a moment to do what seemed like a quick tally.
"Mostly robots and people in exosuits. I'd say this was the most unusual Corpus trade show I've ever attended but usually those do not involve people appearing out of thin air and also someone brought their Kubrow in— never mind that one's a biped it's probably another robot."
Baro got up from his seat given that introductions were starting to be made.
"I suppose I should introduce myself to the gathered. I am Baro Ki'Teer, the Void Trader. Purveyor of wondrous items plucked from the very Void itself and other rarities besides."
It's clearly a case of backroom political albumizing.
For the Horde!
Shantae let out a short trumpet and nodded when Sayaka approached, not knowing the significance behind Sayaka asking about magical girls, but knowing she was magic and a girl. She offered her trunk to let Sayaka climb aboard.
When Donatello tried to approach and ask about what was going on, Shantae furrowed her brow angrily and trumpeted at the ninja turtle, stomping her foot threateningly. Angrily, she huffed, then calmed down enough to help Buzz Lightyear onto her back.
I can still hail the Horde even though the company has shamed us. Strength and Honor even if Blizzard has neither.

Sayaka took Shantae’s answer as a yes, that she was a magical girl too, but she did not understand how magical girls can be in a non-human form. Perhaps things might be different in this iseaki. At least her soul gem indicated that Shantae was not a witch. Not all magical girls were good, of course, there were bad ones like the transfer student and Kyoko, but for the moment, Shantae seemed okay. She climbed on Shantae’s back. Things were starting to get cramped.
Annoyed Mode: ON
Saria did not flinch when Bucky had his outburst, but her face, for the first time since she even show up, did shift into a much more serious look. She had seen that kind of reaction before, and it was not one she had ever wanted to see again.
"It will not work, Enterprise," she stated, refusing to take her eyes off the injured soldier. "I've seen this happen before. The man's triggered his fight or flight response. We're not going to get through to him, no matter what we say. The best we can do is clear a way for him to leave the building safely before he decides to make one himself."
....and then the extra paranoid soldier got healed abruptly and out of nowhere by that crybaby from earlier. Aqua, apparently.
"....healing arts?!"
Well, that was what they wished to accomplish, correct? It was a good thing, yes? No, it was not. It was very, very bad. You do not just *do* that to someone in that mental state. You get them to calm down, and then and *only then*, once they're not threatening to murder everyone, do you approach them.
Saria *could* turn her head towards the goddess as if asking "what the fuck did you just do". But that would mean taking her eyes off Bucky, so she couldn't do even that. All she could do instead was to watch his movements and hope he'd just bolt out of the building without attacking anyone so she wouldn't have to neutralize him immediately.
Tavern 2
The moment a-well, he wasn't sure what it was; if anything, it looked like some of the primitive Autobots he'd sen in the history vids, all gears and wires and exposed pistons-materialized in the already crowded tavern Cheetor instinctively took a few more steps back, hair on end and ready to pounce-but even as he did so, a few more sparks arced around his furry body as he quite literally bristled at the remark. "Hey, it's not funny, okay?" he insisted. "This-ow-this hurts!"
Red error messages flashed across his field of vision as he tried to survey the increasingly strange crowd. Most of the crowd seemed to be, against all odds, humans, but here and there he saw other beings, including some kind of amphibian and a bipedal canine who seemed to be eyeing them with suspicion.
Cheetor had never travelled offworld before his fateful trip aboard the Axalon, but surely these were aliens of some kind, right? And yet... none of them seemed to know what to make of him-although at least one of them seemed to sympathize with his plight. Worse yet, judging by some of the stares, some of them didn't even know what a cheetah was. There were records of course, of Quintessons, Nebulans, Akalouthan... but it's not like he'd ever banked on the fact that he'd have to one day recognize them in a crowd.
Just how far had he travelled?
"Do... do any of you know where Cybertron is? Or heard of Cybertronians, like me?" he ventured after a moment and already dreading the answer. Sure, he'd been lost in time and space once, but it was different-he'd had other Maximals to rely on, and he hadn't been trapped in his alternate mode. "Maybe- ow -maybe there's a spaceport somewhere around here?" A spaceport was something solid Cheetor could fix his mind on. Spaceports meant spaceships, and spaceships meant going home-or... could he go home? There was a brief stab of recollection pushing through his jumbled, panic-addled datatrax-something about tanks, treads, danger... no, that couldn't be right, could it?

Soon, Mia, Trevor, and Stocking would see a weird elf thing with a chimney for a foot hobble over to them and ask, "Which one of you is the bartender?"

Kirby walks out and sees an interesting group of people. A magical girl with a cape and blue hair. A small furry creature. An... elephant?
"Wow! I've never seen someone turn into an animal before!" Kirby remarked as he checks out Shantae.

"Thats everyone? Alrigth team lets go."
Enthusiastic as ever Teemo leads the way in exploring this concrete jungle, in many ways this place resembled piltover with its tall buildings and roads, its a nice city. He keeps walking looking for anything or anybody that migth give a clue as to where he is.
Inside Tavern 2
Sparks started coming off the talking leopard. Ah, thought Gromit, so he's a cyber-cat. That might explain some things, but what was that about transforming...?
Suddenly, FLASH, BANG! A massive robot appeared out of nowhere, right in the middle of the tavern! Gromit's ears stood on end and he threw himself back in fright...right up against Brigitte. Realising he'd just knocked into a stranger, Gromit stepped away again, looking sheepishly up at the heavily-armoured girl.
Outside Tavern 2
Meanwhile, Wallace threw open the door of the tavern...and felt his jaw drop as he beheld his strange surroundings. "Goodness gracious," he remarked. "This must be all that modern architecture they're putting up down south. Why they call this art I'll never know."
"Oh- Now see here, young fellow-me-lad!" Wallace wagged a finger with a disapproving frown, "There's no call for that kind of vulgar language. I'm lost and confused meself, but you don't see me effing and blinding about the place, now do you?"
