It's also fairly blatant in his Arcanum video (the game has some Unfortunate Implications regarding the gnomes, to put it mildly), for example.
Sseth is popular with... certain circles for a reason. That he himself is Jewish is basically a welcome cover for them as well (i.e. "He's making those jokes, so it's okay for us to do so, too").

It's not impossible that he is, mind you, but he could just as well be lying. Plenty of people claim certain identities online to try and get away with shit.
I've enjoyed a few of his videos, but truth be told, we're better off without a thread about him. It attracts, as Nordmann said, certain unsavory types.

I picked the anti semitism as an example, but really it's not limited to that. Women, disabled people, etc... The casual referring to autism as a byword for being into something. It's the usual 4chan humor that tries to go "He's an equal opportunity offender there's nothing wrong with that" but coincidently he's punching down like 99% of the time.
Like, he reviews games I like, and I'd like to give him credit (Like he's one of the few people to ever cover Wizardry 8) but the whole 4Chan humor thing makes me deeply uncomfortable and makes me wonder if he's either actively acting as a gateway to get people pilled or just unaware he's doing that.
I like his video, don't mind the antisemitic jokes much. I mostly like the more...ahem...degenerate sex jokes about furry and other fetish.

Unfortunately, Sseth is definitely, uh, an acquired taste.
I don't think he is a bad person, but his usual jokes definitely have attracted more than one scumbag. On the bright side, I think he's got a perfect voice for rambling about low-impact games - and that he talks about games like turn-based strategies or obscure roguelikes/vn's is neat.
Pretty sure he's the reason why SYNTHETIK had such an overwhelming success, for one.

Pretty sure every game he reviews has an uptick in sales, going by how many people spam "Hey, hey, people" in the Steam reviews.

Sseth review an early access Wuxia game, Matchless Kungfu. Basically you place some tile and in those tiles there are quests, town or enemies. You not supposed to beat it in the first try but rather keep dying and let your karma build up until you become a god.
I am while suprise that there haven't been more Wuxia-inspired games beside Jade Empire. It is a genre that really suited for RPG games.

Fully recommend this game by the way,I got it for free through Gog.com ages ago,it's full of charm and the music is soo good!
