Alright evidently I repeatedly asked a confusing question. I was admittedly not in a great place physically or mentally when I wrote my OP (and posted my initial question).
If it's alright I'm requesting a lock on this thread before this potentially gets out of hand. I'm not feeling great now either so I'm going to stop posting until tomorrow.

I personally wouldn't mind renaming it Network Shift or something and removing the negative connotation. The description even admits that "changing concepts can be either good or bad for the channel."

Asked this in the meta thread but didn't get a clear response.
Network Decay is in the Main namespace, but not only concerns behind-the-scenes information (which is Trivia), it is also partially based on how audiences perceive the content of the networks (which would be YMMV).
Which one should Network Decay be in? Or should it just stay in Main?
(I am only asking to gauge opinions before I queue this up for TRS. I am not trying to use this as a backdoor TRS, don't worry.)
