Troping user-generated content

Some interesting things have happened in the last year:

• Minecraft Adventure Maps has been split into around 32 new pages and now redirects to FanWorks.Minecraft.
• Some Website pages have been moved to the new Platforms namespace, addressing a different situation where so-called works host other works. This makes the reference to YouTube moot, and also makes it easier to determine what is classified as UGC as opposed to just platform-hosted content.

We now have reached 109 pages in undecided limbo, listed on the User Generated Content draft. Of the 109 pages, 103 are regular Video Game pages, one is a conglomerate Video Game page (VVVVVV Custom Levels), and 5 are Recap pages.

Hopefully I don't go on another long hiatus until we can get this resolved. The new Platform and Media Notes namespaces makes me hopeful to see that the wiki can still adapt to new namespaces and categories, even if they aren't made often.

So, about those numbers... following this, Roblox is now a Platform page. Since platforms are too broad to have UGC, it can be dismissed from this thread.

This should help us a lot if we decide UGC needs its own namespace and media category, as this cuts it down to only 46 pages to move, unless we find others.
