Should In-Universe cases of Tastes Like Diabetes be spun off into a different trope?

We've split quite a few Your Mileage May Vary tropes into YMMV and In-Universe variants. For example, we made a trope for in-universe examples of Critical Research Failure called In-Universe Factoid Failure, and one for in-universe examples of Never Live It Down called Once Done, Never Forgotten.

So with that in mind, I'd like to ask the same should be done for Tastes Like Diabetes. If we do end up going for it, I'd like to propose the title "Sickeningly Sweet", as a parallel to the Sickeningly Sweethearts trope.
