I still find the Shrek pics less clear than the current. It and the Hotel Transylvania ones are more like a mob of heads, while the current shows both parents clearly put out by the situation and shows a specific activity compared to "children crawling all over me". Additionally, in the current both are human so it's easier to understand what's going on.

I think it'd work for the trope page as well, come to think of it. The one on the Recap page has more babies, though.

I think it's fine without a caption on both pages, unless you want to play off the actual plot of the episode - "Who knew you could overdose on fertility pills?" or something to that effect. I'd suggest a caption talking about how Mom doesn't have enough nipples for this, drawing attention to Apu's vest thing, but that feels a little squicky.
