I have to question the rotation period. It takes a gigantic expense of energy/force to change a planet's rotation period in a short time, and I don't see what use it would have - rendering Venus habitable is simply a matter of removing the greenhouse gases from its atmosphere, which may be difficult but has nothing to do with altering the rotation period and much easier than altering it.

I’d agree........ this is just strange sounding

I look to the stars... but that's mostly because there isn't anything else interesting
