The familiar chimes ring through the academy.

Your attention please, for Madame Mackintosh's evening announcement.

"Good evening, children. As always, may the Queen bless you. I've seen a lot of progress today, and I have to say, it brings me such joy to know that we are truly making a difference on your lives."

"That doesn't mean there isn't anything we can still work on. The projection limitations will be extended another week. All children with the capability of projecting their consciousness outside of their bodies must wear an inhibitor until the next evaluation. No ifs, ands or butts."

"We are happy to say the Kingdom has sent us upgraded training equipment. That does mean said gyms and training areas will remain closed this weekend. We recommend any children seeking to let out a little steam to join Professor Maclaren on his regular weekend camping trips to the southern wilds."

"On a happier note, Professor Macmillan will be running extracurricular lectures on the latest developments from the battlefield. We highly encourage all children to attend at least one of the lectures, so that they may confront the wicked nature of the Essence, damned be its name, and all the crimes they continue to commit against innocence and freedom."

"Finally, before I go, I need to remind that our many security features, from the Fence to the All-Hearing Eye, are here to protect you. You are training to be the defenders of the Kingdom, the heroes of generations to come. A Kingdom safeguards its people and its treasures, and that is why, once more, you must always request proper authorization from one of the Professors before venturing outside."

"May you all have a blessed weekend. Remember, children: you are the future. Victory over the Essence, damned be its name, lies on the horizon. Nothing more, nothing less."

In the 28th century, the Essence made itself known. A multiversal union of sickening evildoers, they spread from universe to universe, leaving chaos and destruction on its wake. There was no method to their madness, save for the method of creating madness, of instilling fear in the innocent, of extinguishing happiness. The Essence never did anything of the sort. There isn't even an Essence in the first place!

A single heroine put together a collective of like-minded heroes, all with the objective of stopping the Essence. They called themselves the Kingdom, and their leader became the Queen. But over time, they watched as their numbers dwindled compared to the Essence's. For those with evil in their hearts have no fear, while those with the soul of a hero always seek to protect those around them. But the Queen, blessed be her intelligence, came upon an idea: what if heroes could be trained? That's a nice way of talking about their multiversal child soldier factory.

An Academy was erected in each of the Kingdom's planet-wide territories, where children with incredible abilities would be trained from a very young age to become the Kingdom's newest defenders. When they reached of age, they would be sent out into the battlefield to lead squadrons of valiant soldiers on the fight against the Essence. Sure, let's skip over the 'stealing and/or creating babies' part.

That is why you need to wake up! are here. For you are a cog in an endless machine of war! a hero in the making. You are the salvation of the real bad guys! Empire. You are on the wrong side of this war goddamnit! the future. You are living a lie! victory. You are a student A PRISIONER! on

THE ACADEMY AT TERRITORY 49

The Academy at Territory 49 is an OC crossover RP. In it, players will create characters residing in the Academy at Territory 49, a boarding school for children with incredible powers. While every character will be an original creation of the player, said character will draw their powers/abilities from an already existing character- hence why this is an OC crossover RP.

Wait, what do you mean by that? While these children have been told their whole lives that the Academy is training them to be heroes on the fight against a multiversal evil known as the Essence, all of that is a bald-faced lie. Your player characters are actually child soldiers manufactured by the Kingdom, the real 'evil empire' trying to take over the multiverse (more on that later). Your OC was specifically created by the Kingdom to use an already existing characters' powers in their own battle.

Take, for example, the character of Sherlock Holmes: you could have your OC be the 'child' of Holmes, you could have your OC be the 'child' of Holmes and another character, or you could have your OC just be a random child who was infused with the essence of Sherlock Holmes (AKA his 'abilities'). Anything's fair game, as long as you can justify what use would the Kingdom have out of your character when it came time for them to be a soldier.

What is the story? When our RP begins, your characters will have been living in the Academy for quite a while, alongside hundreds of other children. As far as they are aware, they were given by their parents to the Academy in order to protect the Kingdom. They may even still be in constant written communication with their parents. But, again, this is all a lie. They were created in a laboratory, and put in an Academy where they could be taught to serve the Kingdom with their life. Due to an accident, your characters will discover the truth behind the Kingdom's actions, and that the world outside does not match everything you've been taught.

But what happens next? That is up to you. You could have your character escape the Academy and join the Essence, who might end up being the real good guys in this story (keyword on might). You could have your character stay in the Academy and try to change things from the inside. Or you could have your character decide to stick with the Kingdom and betray those who want to change sides. Really, it's all up to you. As a GM, all I'll offer at the beginning is the realization that your character's lives have been a lie.

How much of that lie can I make up? Once more, all of it is up to you. If you want your character to have a family outside of the Academy, you can add all of it onto your sheet. But keep in mind that what you will be providing is the fake story. I will control these characters as GMNPCs, and I'll provide the real story behind their lives. Basically, this is my way of saying you can choose to have GMNPCs associated with your character.

What is the tone you're going for? Somewhere around the level of She-Ra and Legend of Korra. All of the characters in our story will be young adults, which means there'll be plenty of stories about betrayal, about drama, about romance (and by the way, feel free to be as queer as you want, and if you don't like that please don't even sign up because I can assure you 90% of the NPCs are not straight).

I've heard your RPs have a tendency to end prematurely. What guarantee do you have that it won't happen to this one? Sure, I can give you the sheets.

That's not what I asked. Here come the sheets!

Answer the question! Sheet time! (I'll try my best, I swear!)

Interesting....

Name: Molly Toynbee

Age: 17

Appearance: https://images-wixmp-ed30a86b8c4ca887773594c2.wixmp.com/f/0d412449-d7f2-4d5b-867b-084975bd6871/d4fyhyu-4f0be1f2-b444-40f3-9227-a208f878c6e6.jpg?token=eyJ0eXAiOiJKV1QiLCJhbGciOiJIUzI1NiJ9.eyJzdWIiOiJ1cm46YXBwOiIsImlzcyI6InVybjphcHA6Iiwib2JqIjpbW3sicGF0aCI6IlwvZlwvMGQ0MTI0NDktZDdmMi00ZDViLTg2N2ItMDg0OTc1YmQ2ODcxXC9kNGZ5aHl1LTRmMGJlMWYyLWI0NDQtNDBmMy05MjI3LWEyMDhmODc4YzZlNi5qcGcifV1dLCJhdWQiOlsidXJuOnNlcnZpY2U6ZmlsZS5kb3dubG9hZCJdfQ.4OkmqfOVOPiTxUF20CJYYW5tquIunYSC9iY_jl1UTLs

Personality: Molly is, similar to her father's early years, a natural born follower and sycophant. She's not very confident in her own abilities and has a tendency to rely on others. She has a tendency to act tough when behind someone, but can be a bit fearful when confronted alone. If sufficiently pushed, however, she can be expected to bite back with a dry remark.

Backstory: Molly was born to her father, Mortimer "Toad" Toynbee and a random waitress in London. Molly was, due to her nature as a mutant, disliked by her classmates at regular schools. She would frequently get beaten up, so she leaped at the chance to join Territory 49. Here, she discovered her natural tinkering skills and managed to fall in with the popular crowd, more out of pity and her sycophantic nature than anything.

If the war were to end tomorrow, what would you want to do?: "Find a good friend and stick with them to do shenanigans."

Classified Information

Powers:

  • Amazing jumping ability,
  • agility,
  • mechanical skills
  • and toxin secretion

Source of Powers: Toad (X-Men)

Usage: Being a skilled mechanic, Molly could probably very successfully build great weapons for the War effort. Combined with her deadly toxins and slippery nature makes for a dangerous foe.

Heya, Strat! This reminds me of City of Mist, a bit, so I'd love to join. Just curious exactly how would powers manifest? Is it directly one-to-one stuff - if your's derive from Sherlock Holmes you get all of his mundane knowledge and deductive skills - or would it more be like you get powers from the concept of it - since you're a Sherlock Holmes baby, you get supernatural senses or maybe the ability to conjure chemicals, as he was a stellar chemist?

Does this make sense? I hope it does cuz I dunno how to explain it better.

I'm going to be trying something a little different for this one.

Name: Tomoko Fujimaru

Age: 16

Appearance: Short and pale-skinned, with carrot-colored hair and blue eyes, and freckles scattered across his nose and cheeks. He wears bright, colorful clothing (at least, whenever he can get away with it), and usually has a purple ribbon threaded through his hair. (Hey, it's not that girly, shut up.)

Personality: Tomoko is cheerful and energetic, talking about a mile a minute and always on the move. He's nothing if not an optimist, always looking for the bright side of events, places, and people. However, his energy has a tendency to manifest in impulsiveness, so he has a bad tendency to act before he thinks, he's quite the troublemaker due to his distaste for rules, and he has trouble focusing, especially when the topic at hand is boring him (and he gets bored very easily). Despite all this, Tomoko still does his best to be a hero, and he trusts easily and wholeheartedly. You don't want to know what happens when you break this trust. While usually, someone so rebellious would be discarded by the Kingdom immediately, he was the only successful Master test tube baby, so they said, "Screw it, close enough" and have endeavored to keep him in the dark.

Oh, and he's also a gay disaster.

Backstory: A few years after human history was restored and Ritsuka returned home, Tomoko was born. He lived a rather normal life for ten years...up until his mother suddenly disappeared for seemingly no reason. While trying to figure out where she went, he discovered her journal from when she was a teenager, which detailed a way to summon something called a "Heroic Spirit". Out of curiosity, he read further, and discovered that his mother—and himself, by extension—was a mage, specialized to summon multiple Servants to fight for her. Not only that, but she was a member of the Chaldea Security Organization, had gone on an adventure to save humanity years ago, and was now on another one.

Tomoko was entranced. He found himself yearning for an adventure like that. So the moment he was old enough, he leapt at the chance to join the Academy, where he's been making mischief, trying (failing) to make friends, excelling in as many practical classes as he can, and dreaming of his future adventures ever since.

All of which is a fancy way of saying that he was one of twenty soldiers manufactured with the powers of Fate's various Masters. Unfortunately for the Kingdom, something went wrong, and most of the soldiers died shortly after they were created. Tomoko was ultimately the only one left, so even though his design was considered "defective" due to his recklessness and rebelliousness, they decided to use him anyway. The Academy has been trying to mold him into something more...suitable ever since.

If the war were to end tomorrow, what would you want to do? "Get out there, explore the world, have as much fun as humanly possible! Who knows, maybe I'll finally find a boyfriend."

Classified Information

  • Powers: While he's a mage, Tomoko takes after his mother in being rather bad at actual magecraft. Also like his mother, he's specialized to summon and command multiple Servants at a time, so given enough time, he could build quite the army.
    • Servants, also known as Heroic Spirits, are legendary, mythological, historical, and sometimes fictional figures who exist outside of time in the "Throne of Heroes" and can be summoned by mages into one of seven classes—Saber, Archer, Lancer, Rider, Caster, Assassin, and Berserker. Occasionally, there are extra classes, such as Ruler or Avenger. Each Servant has a Noble Phantasm, the armaments and abilities that personify their legend. Some are better than others, but all are far stronger than humans. Most of the time. (For a more in-depth explanation, see here.) Long story short, Tomoko gives these guys instructions, then cuts them loose on the bad guys.
    • Tomoko can summon any Servant from the Grand Order summoning pool, though he can only summon one at a time which will be represented by me going to the simulator and simulating an actual in-game summon.
  • Source of Powers: Ritsuka Fujimaru from Fate/Grand Order.
  • Usage: Being able to command multiple heroes of legend is quite the boon for the Kingdom, even though Tomoko is rather poor at strategy. They're certain that, with proper training, Tomoko will become quite the asset indeed.

  • Personality: Though originally happy and optimistic, a constant cycle of death and rebirth has morphed him into a jaded, cynical husk. All ambitions of his have faded away and any light in his eyes has dimmed. Most would consider Itsuki a lost cause, but somewhere deep down there is a semblance of who he used to be.
  • Backstory: Itsuki was born to Natsuki and Emilia Subaru. Though seemingly normal, he was unknowingly bestowed a gift by his father in the form of the inability to die. His father, assuming he kept that power, acted recklessly and with little regard for his own life, which eventually killed him. This lead to his mother going crazy and being carted away to an asylum. Now on the streets, Itsuki was forced to steal to survive, getting caught once and being sentenced to execution. Though he was beheaded, the executioner was baffled when an hour later Itsuki and his head reunited and stood, very much alive. He was quickly recruited to the academy where he did exceptionally well in most classes...until a series of unfortunate events killed him over and over again. Whether it be drowning, falling, being stabbed or shot or however else he died, he always came back...but one day he came back different. Now he no longer tries to do well in class. Now he has grown distant. Now he seems...well he seems like a corpse.
  • If the war were to end tomorrow, what would you want to do? “Die.”
  • Classified Information
    • Powers: In the instance Itsuki loses his life, he wakes up an hour later alive. While in his state of non death his senses remain intact and he can still think.
Source of Powers: Though once belonging to his father, it was passed on to Itsuki when he was born. Guess who didn’t realize that?
  • Usage: The man can’t die. If trained to the top of his ability he could prove invaluable to the empire.

@J Goblin: Hi there, thanks for applying. Before I look at your sheet, could you please put it in formatting similar to the template, just for organizational purposes?

@Truth Hurts: It's entirely up to you and to what kind of character you want to do.

@Lily: Thanks for applying! Two things: this takes place on a world that is decidedly not Earth, so Tokyo doesn't work for this situation (just for consistency's sake). Also, what servants can Tomoko manifest?

@Kamie: So did Itsuki's father really die or just 'die' for an hour or so? And what character/story are you drawing from?

Welp. Let's see how this one does...

  • Name: Ace Allan
  • Age: 18
  • Appearance: Ace is in peak physical condition, zero fat, all muscle. Not super buff, due to being a teenager still, but with a broad chest and thick neck. He's got something of a pale complexion, a pointed chin and a blunt nose. He keeps his blond hair nearly perfectly slicked back, except for one lock that hangs over the right side of his face. Ace is always dressed to the nines - if there's a uniform than he wears it to the perfect Academy standard, if there isn't, he wears only the most respectful garb for the Kingdom buttoned all the way up his neck. He also wears a pair of triangular glasses that sit on the bridge of his nose. The only unusual aspect about his appearance are his eyes: several different colors swirl together, always changing, and settling into one or another when he uses his powers; red, blue, green, pink, yellow, silver, black.
  • Personality: Ace strives to exemplify the ideals of the Kingdom and the Academy. Dutiful, honorable, his status among his peers making him just cocky and condescending enough to come across as a dick. Ace is absolutely ruthless in his pursuits, fighting to the bitter end in everything he does and never giving up. As well, he has an intense confidence in what he does. Or at least, confidence in the Kingdom. For some unknown reason (actually, because of his powers being derived by 100 people) , Ace is marred by crippling self-doubt and indecision. His staunch backing of the Kingdom is brought about partly because of this - the Kingdom's decisions must be the right ones, right? Something else that holds him back from being a truly perfect specimen is that the use of his powers have an affect on some aspects of his personality. Ace is always still there, just that certain behaviors get... added. (More below)
  • Backstory: Due to being one of the first successfully made soldiers, Ace's backstory was more tailor-made to being a loyal soldier than others'. When he was just a child, Ace's parents, members of the Kingdom's government, gave their lives to help the Kingdom fight against one of the many attacks leveled at the universes under the Kingdom's protection. Ace was there when they died, too young, too weak to help them. He blamed himself for his parents' death, which fed into his developing indecision and self-doubt, but soon he found stability in George Lattimer, a high-ranking soldier associated with Kingdom, who took young Ace under his wing as both a mentor and a guardian. Ever since then, Ace has been an avid supporter of the Kingdom, and became involved in its politics at an early age due to his relation to Lattimer. He enrolled in the Academy the moment of its inception, and has gone on to become a model student, both academically and in regards to being the literal poster boy. He's amassed a bit of a following of like-minded, hyper loyalists, or anyone in awe of his prowess, but whether or not he's exactly 'popular' is up for debate. Regardless of his social standing, with his amazing power and utter devotion to the Kingdom he's set to become an incredibly promising soldier in the upcoming war against the Essence. For better or for worse.
  • If the war were to end tomorrow, what would you want to do? "Start work immediately towards the rebuilding effort. The war won't be fought easily, and there's all of the other universes that the Essence have ruined before then, so there'd be no time to waste in fixing everything back up!"
  • Classified Information
    • Powers: Ace's powers are unique in that, rather than being derived from a single character, it's derived from a whole 100 that share the same ones. On top of being able to tap into the agility & speed of a hundred people at once, Ace also has access to the Wonderful 100's Unite Morph: an advanced hardlight-esque technique that combines its 100 members into gigantic weapons. A notable quirk in using these Unite Morphs is that his behavior changes for a while depending on which Morph he uses (as well as the color of his eyes, but that's not too important.)
    • However, he cannot form these Morphs on his own; luckily, part of his powers is the ability to "Recruit" people to view him as their leader. This doesn't overwrite their personality or turn them into mindless drones, it simply makes them more likely to defer to him and follow his lead.note  At the very least he needs 6 followers to produce a Unite Morph, at 1.5x his size at that. The bigger they are, the harder they hit, and the heavier they are.
      • Unite Hand: A gigantic, red glove that can punch, grab, slap, and well, do whatever hands can do. In its bigger states, the wrist of Unite Hand gains small propulsion jets that can aid in its movement. It actually doesn't change his personality much, only making him a bit humbler than normal.
      • Unite Sword: A sharp, blue sword, capable of slicing through whole steel. Has the ability to deflect beams of energy and absorb electricity. This Morph makes Ace cockier, more reckless, and more independent, likely to not listen to authority. He's subtly been turned away from using it much, courtesy of the Academy.
      • Unite Gun: A neon green firearm in the shape of an ordinary glock. Weak on its own, but its ammunition is individual people as well, making it useful for long-distance travel of swarming enemies with numbers. Causes Ace to be more playful, more of a smart-alack, and bizarrely, a bit of a glutton.
      • Unite Whip: A pink coiled whip dotted with sharp spikes and tipped with a jagged 'mouth' on the end. It's one Morph that can handle sharp objects (usually sharp things can pierce right through and disable them) and has a far reach. Makes Ace emotional, quick to anger, and vindictive, but also kinder and more compassionate.
      • Unite Hammer: A massive yellow mallet with powerful jets on the back to better swing it. It's the heaviest of the Morphs, requiring great effort to maneuver, but is one of the strongest. Its head can also act as a shield of sorts, due to its size. This Morph turns Ace into a bit of a wallflower - shy, withdrawn, and prone to nervousness and embarassment.
      • Unite Claws: A pair of sharp white claws, in a sort of "Wolverine" styling. Opposite to Unite Hammer in every way: they're speedy, but each hit is very weak. Can be used to scale surfaces and pry open tight doorways and obstacles, as well as being able to freeze things they hit. Ace becomes stoic, introspective, and an incessant talker who will go on and on if not stopped.
      • Unite Bomb: A cartoonish-looking timebomb, black with a purple lining. Anything caught in its blast is momentarily slowed to a crawl, the size of the explosion and duration of the slowing effect dependent on how big the original Bomb is. Using it, Ace grows incredibly quiet, and hyper-focused on one topic or another.
    • Source of Powers: The Wonderful 100
    • Usage: Along with being a versatile powerhouse in his own right, Ace's ability to temporarily subjugate people has incredible use both on and off the battlefield.

Also a bit of a question here: if the people in our backstories are real, as in they're actual NP Cs, exactly how much of the backstory is faked past the fact that they weren't actually born? Were they grown to the age they currently are and then put right into the school? Or do they live out their "childhoods" like in backstory?

Omega Overlord. Or superjwren329. Either or.

I've...mostly got a sheet written up, kinda tossing up between powers are aspects/traits of a weapon rather than a character which focuses on support or abilities/spells of a class from an RPG which is more all-rounded. Should have it done and posted some time tonight, hopefully.

EDIT: Okay, well, I don't quite know how well this'll go given the source of this character's powers are more characteristics of a weapon and the people using them (ie, game mechanics) rather than from a single person but I can make adjustments if need be. Sorry if it's wall-of-text-y. >.<

  • Name: 'Croire'
  • Age: 16.
  • Appearance: (Description and/or images.) "L-Look, I haven't quite had the time to s-sew things back up and...well...I had plenty of duct tape on hand, so..."
  • Personality: Despite having the look of a troublemaker or outright apathetic, Croire is anything but in terms of attitude, being friendly and polite to pretty much everyone...if being rather quiet, shy and easily flustered, ESPECIALLY when it comes to being praised. Having said that, the youth is usually level-headed and can be remarkably strong-willed when push comes to shove.

  • Backstory: If there was a word to describe Croire's life growing up...painful uneventful would probably be it. The teenager wasn't exactly left for wanting whatever they wanted, although the expectations to exceed at their studies was constantly on their shoulders was something Croire was happy to try and meet those expectations. They weren't really allowed to socialize or be around others their age growing up, leaving Croire with few friends and being rather shy around others.

    • Their health wasn't great with their powers (in particular, the constantly growing reserves of energy meant constant hospital trip and medical check ups to keep it in check which in reality were adjustments to keep them from burning out and experimental changes/modifications to see how much their powers could be amplified, being considered more of a test-subject rather than a soldier that were so routine that they can barely remember anything of note that happened.

    • ...Aside from the last one, which for the most part WAS just a normal check up. A booster shot to their immune system was enough to make the youth flinch and cause the more intimidating aspect of their powers to manifest and nearly harm the doctor. Understandably, this was generally kept under wraps and Croire was outfitted with a set of limiters/suppression armlets to prevent future potential accidents before sending them off to the academy, deciding it'd be better to simply restrain their powers and all of the energy until Croire is capable of controlling it properly. Either way, their parents were surprisingly glad to be rid of them...

    • As for life at the academy, given the armlets looking like handcuffs, most would say that they would be unpopular...while trying their best to stay away from the sort of people who consider them a rebel and doing their best to trying to stay out of the spotlight and do well at their classes.

  • If the war were to end tomorrow, what would you want to do?: "T...To be honest...I'm not sure...if there is a multiverse and countless worlds out there...maybe it would be nice to see them and w-what there is to see..."

  • Classified Information

  • Abilities: In terms of abilities, that tends to depend on whether the limiters are active or inactive. With the former, they're still quick on their feet but otherwise a normal human being well, as close as you can get in this setting, I suppose, unable to use their powers and lacks dexterity when it comes to doing anything with their hands considering the limiters are keeping their hands locked together while they're active.

    • If they're deactivated however, Croire gets much faster and somewhat stronger, with the effects being amplified if they're in a critical condition from the rush of adrenaline although pushing themselves too much runs the risk of burning out and causing potential corrosion/damage to their body even if it does leave them tired once the adrenaline rush wears off. Snacks and sugary food does help mitigate this to a degree with providing a bit of extra energy considering how much they can burn through but not enough to offset it.

  • Skills: In the moments Croire's not wearing the suppressors, Croire is surprisingly adept with a thread and needle and enjoys sewing, whether it's patching clothes up or making something new. They're also a rather talented cook, especially when it comes to desserts...even if they're a bit too sweet and full of sugar. Good at math and fairly book-smart and happy to try and learn new things. At the moment, they've been learning first aid.

  • Powers: Fenrir!/Chomp!: Concentrating for a moment, Croire creates a rather menacing, if not outright monstrous maw out of energy (which they occasionally call Fenrir for some odd reason) before it lunges forwards to bite an enemy before dispersing. Surprisingly, this does slight, if any actual harm or damage to the poor sap on the receiving end but the real draw is that if it actually lands, it steals a portion of the target's powers and gives Croire a one-use, watered down/modified version of it. While they don't need to use it right away, they can only hold onto a maximum of six 'charges'.

    • Despite what some would assume, aside from the minor damage to the enemy, getting hit by this ability doesn't disrupt their ability to use their powers...and as for copying from allies...that's surprisingly as simple to do as a high five is typically enough, provided the suppressors are inactive, of course.

  • Link Laser: Considering it's not usually practical to use most of the powers he steals, Croire can convert a charge into a different type of energy that invigorates a body's cells before make a finger gun gesture at one of their allies and literally firing a laser at them. Granted, it does have the drawback that completely fizzles out if it collides with a wall and it CAN be intercepted by other targets but it does give the recipient a temporary, if noticeable boost to their innate abilities and powers with the effects being amplified if they're shot again while still being affected by the first laser. Surprisingly, Croire's unaffected by this, so they can't shoot themselves.

    • Link Aid: A more direct approach allows Croire to function as an impromptu field medic by converting a charge into a type of energy that sends a slight, if harmless jolt through the target's body that is usually enough to bring them out of unconsciousness and temporarily numbing them from the pain of their own injuries. Granted, they don't need a charge to use this power, it does cost Croire a lot more energy which means repeated usage will leave them in a rather critical condition themselves. While it's not at a stage that it can bring someone back to a fighting condition, it's typically enough to get someone back on their feet and get the heck out of there if they need to retreat and treat their wounds properly.

  • 11th Hour: See 'Abilities'. While not quite enough to be considered a power if anything, it could be considered a rather deadly if potentially fatal side-effect, it still stands out as the combination of having plenty of energy to burn when the limiters are removed and the potential adrenaline rush of getting into a critical situation make their agility and strength rather noticeable to get to where they'd need to go on a battlefield easier. It's just...difficult to stop once it kicks in.

  • Source of Powers: In short, God Eater. Fenrir/Chomp! (both the attack and power-copying aspect) and Link Laser coming from the God Arc/weapons of the game while the Link Aid & 11th Hour basically being a game mechanic to revive allies (which typically costs HP) for the former and the latter representing the cell infusion all God Eaters get that give them super-human strength, agility and durability, although only the first two in this case and only really in critical situations. ...Will probably cut 11th Hour out, dunno.

  • Usage: As you might expect, the ability to enhance an ally's abilities and talents, if only temporarily would make them ideal as a support unit and field medic in the absence of someone with healing powers.

@Lily: Thanks for adding more information, but there's still something missing- and that's my bad, because I'm not a Fate fan, so that's why I don't know this. Could you tell me who and what these 'servants' are? Like, what can I expect Tomoko to pull out as a weapon? You don't have to give me a super detailed description, an overview will suffice.

@J Goblin: When you click to open a post, there's a section underneath that says show markup help. That'll help you add bullet points, bold and italics to your sheet, making it more like the template and more like other players' sheets.

@Darkness Awaits: Surprise me. What do you have in mind?

@Truth Hurts: It depends. Some of them are given fake memories and just grown to the age they join the Academy (which is usually the age during which they need physical activity or need to be alive to further develop their powers). Sometimes they are raised to a certain point and then put through a traumatic effect. On Ace's case, what would you prefer: that while George is a real person, his memories of George aren't real, or that George singled him out in the people tubes, had him come out earlier and took him under his wing?

@The Real Wren: Pretty good! Accepted. Although there is a mention of a 'Lee' in the middle of the sheet that left me a bit confused. As for the character's backstory, I rather like the idea of him being a test subject- makes it so he had to be 'woken up' earlier than most of the other soldiers, if only to fine-tune his abilities.

I think the latter idea works best. George being an actual Kingdom official, even if the exact nature of Ace's relationship to him isn't true, would definitely help with the whole feel I was going for.

And done! TL;DR: Tomoko doesn't fight enemies himself, rather the Servants will do it for him. Do you get it now?

I also went ahead and added some "true backstory" stuff, because everyone else is doing it so why not.

Ah, well, when it comes to sheets, I tend to flit between names for a character when writing them up and I do have a bit of a tendency to leave a name or two I didn't go with or unfinished sentences in general. Sorry about that. >.<

And yeah, that works. Got other ideas in my head to expand on that if the opportunity comes up but I'll keep 'em on the backburner for now.

Hope you weren't expecting anything witty here. Maybe some day.

Hey folks, sorry to cut things short so suddenly, but I just got offered a big writing job that has taken away all the time I'd have to start this RP. This is probably a record for me, but I'm just going to put this idea on the freezer for now, and hopefully pick it up when things get slower in the next few months. Sorry about it!
