Consensus: Plan to be stealthy and quick.
To keep the Science Society from being re-arrested in the short term, you can talk with their parents and advise them to leave the area; perhaps you can ask the F.f.E.C. if they can help out with cover identities, which might work longer term.
In fact, this applies to all your allies – Kif and family as well, which is why they're still in hiding.
To resume their lives as before, though, they'd need to government to stop prosecuting people for political reasons— at least, for helping humans— or win their trial.
Does this change your plan on how best to help the Science Society (and/or others)?

You borrow the large, fast vehicle Feer mentioned, and head toward the town where you met the Science Society. Kif drives, since they're the only one with experience with Bintanni vehicles and a Bintanni license. Ruby and the other humans stay in the back and make sure you're out of sight of a casual glance from a passing traveler.
It takes almost half your waking day, and you wind around steep mountain bends, but it's much better than traipsing through jungle on your feet.
You arrive in early afternoon and park out of sight of the government building. What do you do first?
> Use the cloaking nanites and make sure the whole group is covered, then circle around the building at a safe distance to see where the doors, windows, and other potential exits are from the outside.
> Do we have that much nanite spray?
Now everyone pat me on the back and tell me how clever I am!I think the spray is the knockout stuff and the cloaking is more like a remote-controlled cloud?
, : The knockout spray is technically nanites too, but yes. To answer the question, you do have enough cloaking nanites for four people. I'll say you have enough knockout spray for... three Bintanni.

You do have enough cloaking nanites for four people. You have enough knockout spray for three Bintanni.
Kif stays back. You make sure everyone else is covered and you can't see each other – as Lucie gets covered from the bottom up, she's grinning from ear to ear seeing it work. You're probably doing the same. Very cool! It's a direct combination of Bintanni and Human know-how.
Then you circle around to get a look at the building and the doors, windows, and potential exits. From the front, the Police are on the left, general-purpose local Government offices in the middle, and the Fire Department on the right.
The building is two stories. Each section has their own door, with a wide, sweeping staircase leading to the middle door, tall windows on each side, and a window on top. The Police and Fire Department are slightly set back. The fire department section has some windows on top, but the bottom story appears to be their garage. The police entrance has a wide sliding door flanked by a large window that appears to enter into a lobby. The upper story has windows as well, probably police offices.
From the back, there are more windows on the upper story of the Fire Department, but not on the ground floor. There are banks of windows in both stories of the general-purpose government section. Probably individual offices. In the Police section, there are again banks of windows on the upper story, but on the lower story only a single window too narrow to fit through. You notice there are no vents for heating or air conditioning near ground level, but what must surely be vents on the roof.
> As long as it's not too close to any cameras, get closer and look through the tiny window on the back of the police section.
I'll update tomorrow since Eloquent's is the only response so far. Have a good weekend! <3

You look in the small window. It's a corridor with doors, each with a small glass window on top. Through one of the windows, you see someone moving. They're not tall. You're sure it must be one of the Science Society. That's all you can see at the moment.
On your way back to rendevous, keeping an eye out for anyone who might be patrolling the grounds, but getting ignored by a policeman just entering the station, you don't notice until too late that you've bumped into Aaron! Oops. You pick yourselves up. Well, you are both invisible. Then you go rendevous with Lucie and the Captain back where Kif is staying hidden.
>Find a backdoor
Now everyone pat me on the back and tell me how clever I am!> Staying hidden with Kif, lower the cloaking cloud around your heads so you can easily see who says what as you discuss how you will be able to open the door while invisible without drawing attention, if you can't find any hidden entrance.

>Find a backdoorUnfortunately, there isn't a backdoor.

Captain Waverton considers slipping in just behind any random person that is going in, but thinks that's more useful for motion-sensor doors. These are regular doors on hinges like the old-school doors at home. You're likely to get socked in the behind by a closing door, which wouldn't be good for stealth.
Then Kif grins. They can go into the police station on a brief pretense of something innocuous – asking directions, or if anyone found a missing pet, for example, and giving a false name if necessary – and make sure they hold the door open long enough for you to get through. Maybe lean against it while adjusting their shoe.
Do you like this idea? Any other considerations?

Now everyone pat me on the back and tell me how clever I am!> Thirding Kif's plan.
"Rarity, are you okay? We gotta get you and your friends outta here soon!"> If you have access to the social networks from here, check online first to see if Kif's face might be known to the authorities. Maybe they should wear sunglasses or something.

You see no evidence that Kif's face has been widely distributed, but that doesn't mean it hasn't been distributed to police. You have Kif wear a hat and dark glasses just in case. Just a sunny day and trying to keep the sun out of their eyes.
They go into the police station 'to ask directions back to Remiska after taking the wrong road and getting terribly lost', and adjust their shoe in the doorway long enough for you all to sneak through. You hold hands here to avoid bumping into each other going through such a small space.
You carefully pickpocket the key fob from the policeperson at the front desk, and head down the downstairs corridor with the small window (looking out for police coming). Then you look through the glass in the doors to identify which doors the members of the Science Society are behind.
Before you open the doors, how do you intend to keep the kids from yelling when the door is open and they see nobody there, and how will you get them out without being seen?
> Knock lightly on the door before opening it just a crack and quietly telling them to stay quiet and calm, then (if that works and no attention is drawn) once you're in the cell with them explain the situation as quickly as you can. (If they're in multiple cells, start with the one(s) looking least likely to panic, and have someone near the other doors in case you suddenly need to get them all as quickly as possible for whatever reason.)
>We xan lower the cloak selectively, right? Show them it's us and give them a shoosh.
