I think that caption is better than nothing (but keep it all on one line, the trend of putting line break in captions is getting pretty dumb/out of hand lately with it being done very unnecessarily and this would only make it worse).

Vote for 1.3. Top Secret Area wouldn't work because the level is just meant to be a place to restock power-ups and does not count towards level completion.
