That's an improvement, but I overlooked something in my previous post. The decision was that only Useful Notes can be listed, so the note should say that in addition to saying that the people have to be Historical Domain Characters.

I kinda liked the first version better, but it's almost the same. Both versions are fine with me.

If we go with the first instead of the second, I'd be fine with that, too. My main suggestion was that the note should be hard for editors to miss.
