Two things:
- It would help if you did a wick check. That's pretty much required to prove misuse.
- TRS is under a major backlog, so you may want to help with some threads that are still in the final stages.

I think Evil Cripple has reached a point of being misused, to the point where it actually needs to be split into two separate pages - a Super-Trope and a specific trope. The latter could still be called Evil Cripple, although there are some problems with that, too, but I'll get to those in a minute.
Evil Cripple seems to describe two very closely related but still distinct tropes:
1. The Super-Trope a physically disabled character who is creepy/villainous, as the "physical" equivalent of Mental Handicap, Moral Deficiency, which could also apply to Depraved Dwarf and Eunuchs Are Evil
2. the inverse of the Wheelchair Woobie where wheelchair-using and/or having impaired mobility is linked to evil
also, the United Spinal Association and American Speech–Language–Hearing Association has referred to "cripple" as an "outdated slur". Of course, the trope itself has Unfortunate Implications (which are intended), so it may still be the best way to describe it. Just thought I'd raise it while I was on the topic of the trope.
